Sandman Signature Aberdeen Hotel & Spa Reviews

Lovely, friendly and welcoming hotel. We had a little trouble with our room on the first night (noise from our room location) we mentioned it at reception and were moved room within 5 minutes. Very thankful and helpful.

We checked in on 31st October 2025 for 2 nights. We had a lovely stay, nothing was too much trouble. Kate the Customer Service manager was excellent! helping us find buses to visit friends, sorting us out with dressing gowns etc I highly recommend the Sandman Signature hotel

Its my regular hotel for aberdeen stays. Amazing location, great property. Stayed there maybe 10 times, all was okay

The Sandman Signature Hotel gives value for every penny spent. The staff are friendly and carry out their responsibilities without promptings. The best of it all is they don't wait till the checking time of 3pm before checking you in once the room type you booked for is ready. The location is also within the City Centre with access to malls, grocery stores and public transportation

Our room was amazing, very spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was huge and comfortable. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to try the gym or spa but have decided to come back soon!

Clean hotel with nice big rooms and great facilities, the microwave and fridge were great added extras. My husband has a weird obsession with showers so he loved the rain shower haha. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly too. We will definitely be back again.

The location is good, the hotel is quite new, close to the city center, the hotel is large and square, and the appearance is very solid, like a castle rebuilt from the past, with a sense of mysterious power... Aberdeen is a very old city, not surprising... The room is not too big, but it is enough, the hygiene is good, the breakfast is OK, and the service is good. Overall, I am satisfied, and the hotel is good, but if I go to Aberdeen again in the future, I may choose other hotels in the city center...

The room was clean and a decent size for a UK hotel. Breakfast is more typical.
