The hotel offers excellent facilities and a great location; however, the service and reception staff are uncooperative and frequently create issues for guests, disrupting the enjoyment of an otherwise pleasant stay.
It’s not a very pleasant experience. When I made the reservation, I said it was the first day’s dinner plus the second day’s breakfast and lunch. When I checked in at more than three o’clock, I said it was the first day’s lunch and dinner. The second day only had breakfast. Check in The procedure is very slow, lunch must be used up before four o'clock, there is no way to eat. When the swimming pool was booked, it was said that it would open at 7:00, but I was caught up to swim at 8:45. Only suitable for children to play
