4-Star Hotels in Abu Dhabi

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

It depends on the purposes of your trips but it locates in convenient places for commercial areas and industrial areas both. Also, the staffs in here have good services and kindness. Room was very well organized when I got check-in. Breakfast in here was great experience. All things from here were satisfying definatley. I'll definately have a accommodation in this place if I visit Abu Dhabi next time.

The room was spacious, a suite actually, and very clean. The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. My child accidentally scraped their leg, and a staff member immediately came to inquire, offered a bandage, and even called later to check up on us. Highly recommended!

Even for a quick overnight stay, this hotel blew us away. The property was immaculate and comfortable, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality. A huge thank you to #Dibi, #Jean, #Femi, #Sijo, #Mr. Ikarim, and #Alihil for going completely above and beyond to make us feel like VIP guests from check-in to check-out. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression in just 24 hours. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately the experience was largely disappointing. Pros: • The location is genuinely good, close to the waterfront. • The room was spacious and generally clean. • Breakfast was decent. • The hotel provided breakfast as a compensation for noise issues. Major cons (deal-breaker): • The hotel has two nightclubs inside the building — one on the 2nd floor and another on the top floor. • The music is extremely loud. We could clearly hear and feel the bass on the 8th floor, while the club was located on the 16th. • We almost did not sleep at all during the first night. • It is honestly hard to understand how a hotel positions itself as a place to stay while operating nightclubs with this level of noise. • The nightclub crowd and overall atmosphere at night seriously damage the feeling of safety and comfort. • The lobby is very small and feels underwhelming. • The rooftop pool is pointless — very small and not suitable for real relaxation. Bottom line: This is not a hotel for rest or sleep. If you are sensitive to noise or expect a comfortable stay, avoid this place. It may only suit guests who come specifically for nightlife and do not plan to sleep.

Stay for 10 days from jan 7 till Jan 24. Hotel location easy ascess to airport , mall .Within 20 mins drive . 10 mins walk to a restaurant community. Good parking , lift direct ascess to lobby . Mattress , pillow , duvet , shower pressure , laundry machine , full size refrigerator, small kitchen with microwave and oven . Good size room . No hesitation recommend to this hotel .

Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

The hotel room overlooked the villa area, offering a fantastic and expansive view. The club lounge was also excellent, helping to solve some of our meal needs. The staff were wonderful and very approachable; when we asked if there were rooms with larger windows, they kindly arranged one with a great view and a huge window for us. It was a superb experience! We'll definitely be back.

3nights booking Fri-Mon, every morning got a call if I am checking out and staff not respecting do not distirb sign. TV shutting down or Netflix freezing 5-6 times during 3 day visit and it took two calls and 45 mins for Technician to come and fix it the first time, other 4-5 times I just switched TV off/on and service came back. Room service at 17.30 on Saturday took 1hr to deliver our food, also missing extra lemons and chilli. Next day ordered ice from room service which never arrived... Asked front desk for house keeping at 14.00 and hang the roome service please sign, never got room service that day. Nice large bed, good view, good food. Pleasant people but very poorly organized operation. Sofas and furnitures could use a little upgrade & TLC, windows could be washed from time to me 🤭

The hotel is overall very good. The location is excellent, it’s close to the city center and everything you might need is nearby. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient. The hotel itself is nice, although the building feels a bit old. Everything was clean and comfortable, so no major issues there. The only downside was the air conditioning, it wasn’t very strong and the room felt a bit warm at times. I would recommend improving or upgrading the AC system. Overall, I had a good experience and would still recommend this hotel 👍
