4-Star Hotels in Abu Dhabi

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

The room was spacious, a suite actually, and very clean. The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. My child accidentally scraped their leg, and a staff member immediately came to inquire, offered a bandage, and even called later to check up on us. Highly recommended!

Even for a quick overnight stay, this hotel blew us away. The property was immaculate and comfortable, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality. A huge thank you to #Dibi, #Jean, #Femi, #Sijo, #Mr. Ikarim, and #Alihil for going completely above and beyond to make us feel like VIP guests from check-in to check-out. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression in just 24 hours. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!

Everything is fine with the hotwl w.r.t. location, room and cleanliness. However, the food is not up-to-the-mark. breakfast quality was really poor. They were serving noodles and Rice in breakfast which seems to be given in dinner, may be they were using the dinner one for breakfast. Not much food options. Also, swimming pool was not temperature controlled and I couldn't swim.

The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were warm and professional. The water pressure was excellent, and the shower had a great wet/dry separation. The only downside is that there's no longer a shuttle to Yas Island, which makes staying here a bit inconvenient if you plan on going there. However, it's close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi. There's also a small supermarket within walking distance downstairs. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

The hotel room overlooked the villa area, offering a fantastic and expansive view. The club lounge was also excellent, helping to solve some of our meal needs. The staff were wonderful and very approachable; when we asked if there were rooms with larger windows, they kindly arranged one with a great view and a huge window for us. It was a superb experience! We'll definitely be back.

The hotel has a great location with plenty of dining options nearby and a supermarket. It's also a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the main attractions. They offer complimentary valet parking, which is a big plus. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are huge. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide slippers or toiletries.

3nights booking Fri-Mon, every morning got a call if I am checking out and staff not respecting do not distirb sign. TV shutting down or Netflix freezing 5-6 times during 3 day visit and it took two calls and 45 mins for Technician to come and fix it the first time, other 4-5 times I just switched TV off/on and service came back. Room service at 17.30 on Saturday took 1hr to deliver our food, also missing extra lemons and chilli. Next day ordered ice from room service which never arrived... Asked front desk for house keeping at 14.00 and hang the roome service please sign, never got room service that day. Nice large bed, good view, good food. Pleasant people but very poorly organized operation. Sofas and furnitures could use a little upgrade & TLC, windows could be washed from time to me 🤭

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Villaggio Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. Staff members are very polite, professional, and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team does an excellent job keeping everything tidy. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to stay—highly recommended for both short and long visits.
