The Hawthorn Suites City Center proved to be a reliable and comfortable choice, with its highest marks certainly going to the exceptional team working there. The staff were truly accommodating and attentive throughout my entire stay. They went out of their way to ensure any requests were handled promptly and courteously, making the overall experience smooth and genuinely pleasant. This high level of service is definitely the property's strongest asset. Regarding the accommodations, the room was perfectly decent and functional. It provided everything needed for a comfortable city stay, including fast, reliable WiFi and a good, strong shower. All the necessary amenities were present, such as complimentary bottled water and the other basics you expect, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable environment.

Great hostel! Good location near the corniche, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, clean and neat, plenty of common areas. Functioning clean kitchen, friendly staff. Great air-conditioning throughout the hostel, it was boiling outside but inside was very pleasant. Easy to reach with 2 busses from the airport (I don't recommend walking from the A2 stop in the heat) and bus stop for no. 24 is just a short walk away to get to the Grand Mosque.

Strategic location in the city center. Near many amenities, restaurants, shops/malls, and tourist attractions, reachable even by bus (you'll need to buy and use a bus card, though). The one-bedroom apartment is big and spacious; however, the furniture and toilet are a bit old but still serve their purpose. It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, etc., and a washing machine (washing liquid not provided, though). The toilet had a bathtub, which was not convenient for showering. The bed was good, comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day. I booked the apartment for 4 days and 3 nights with breakfast, and this was the only drawback: the breakfast was provided by an external party, only one type of continental breakfast, cold, and without any drink (either cold or hot). I complained to the hotel but was advised to liaise with Trip.com. Trip.com did their very best, and communication was excellent; even though it was not completely resolved, I was satisfied with the final outcome. The hotel communication was good and cooperative. They even helped me with bus card. My suggestion to future travelers is not to take the breakfast option.

I had a very comfortable stay at Gravity Hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to everything I needed such as restaurants, transportation, and other services. The staff were all very kind and professional, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Michel. He paid attention to every detail and was always ready to help, not only with me but with all guests. He also gave useful advice that made the stay easier and more comfortable. I still find the hotel location very convenient, especially because it is close to Mussafah Industrial Area. Thank you to the hotel management and all staff members. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mussafah for business.

For a similar price to what we paid in Dubai, the experience here was worlds apart. On the day we checked in, we were given a top-floor room where the rooftop air conditioning units were incredibly noisy. Although they did move us to a different room the next day, it wasted a lot of our time, causing us to miss out on completing our planned itinerary in Abu Dhabi. The hotel facilities are extremely old. The front desk staff's service attitude was okay, but a bit unprofessional – they pointed at people directly with their fingers. And their English, with a strong Arabic accent, made communication quite challenging!

The apartments are very beautiful and spacious. They have washing machines in the rooms, a stove, a microwave, etc. Please note, there's no hairdryer or slippers. I stayed in December, and even though it was +20°C outside, I froze in the room. The AC unit couldn't blow warm air, so it was really cold. Otherwise, everything was great. They didn't charge for cleaning, but I also didn't leave anything dirty. The administrator, Vishnu, was always available and quickly helped with everything. P.S. It's not visible in the photos, but there's also a separate bedroom to the left with a large bed and a wardrobe.

The location is great, about a 20-minute taxi ride to both the Louvre and the Grand Mosque. It's also right next to Abu Dhabi's main bus station, which is convenient for trips to Dubai. The room was a good size – not too big, not too small. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they were clean, and the area around the hotel was quite quiet. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, so if you don't want to venture far, you can just eat there. Just a heads-up: you need to turn on a switch for the hot water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.
