Highly Recommended, Especially for Families with a Special Needs Child We have been visiting this place for several years—staying in both the chalet tent and the villa—and we truly love it. All the staff are consistently kind, respectful, and very accommodating. As a family with a child with special needs, we deeply appreciate being treated equally, without any judgment or discrimination. That level of understanding and genuine care truly means so much to us. From reception check-in to check-out, the service has always been warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also a wonderful experience. Edward was very attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and professionalism made our morning even more enjoyable. A special thank you as well to Resse from Reception for always accommodating our requests during every visit and stay. Your kindness and consistency keep us coming back. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island is the perfect vacation spot. It boasts pristine white sand beaches and a crystal-clear turquoise sea. There's also a children's pool, great for kids to play in. Steak lovers can head to the Argentinian steakhouse, while seafood enthusiasts can enjoy the Italian restaurant. At breakfast, you might even be greeted by an Arabian falcon. After dinner, take a stroll through the bushes near the hotel, and if you're lucky, you might even snap a picture with an Arabian gazelle. Selfies, group photos, you name it!

This W Hotel is centrally located on Yas Island, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the island. They offer shuttle buses to all the major theme parks, so the location is definitely a strong point. The only minor downside is that waiting for the return shuttle can be a bit of a hassle; we often had to wait a long time, which wasn't a great experience. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich and varied, and the restaurant itself is spacious with a comfortable dining environment. The hotel's biggest highlight is its proximity to the F1 track; you can occasionally feel the race day atmosphere, and it's super easy to access any F1-related activities. The facilities are excellent, including a dedicated pool and gym. The gym is exclusively equipped with Italian Technogym equipment, which is top-notch quality, providing a fantastic workout experience. The service is also attentive, and the overall environment and views are great. Overall, the value for money is good, making it a suitable stay for anyone visiting Yas Island for theme parks or F1.

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

The room cleaning frequency isn't quite up to Dubai hotel standards. At mealtime, my friend joined us. Our room included two meals, while my friend's room only included breakfast. We wanted the free meals to be served as free, and the paid meals to be paid for normally. However, the Asian hostess who seated us showed an impatient expression before we even spoke, and immediately assumed we had exceeded the guest limit. That felt a bit offensive. However, the hotel's pool, food, and kids' club (the staff even joined in the exercises!) were all pretty good. The toilet in our room had a completely enclosed wooden door, which made the kids scared to use it alone, so an adult had to go with them every time. We didn't take their shuttle bus to the theme park because it showed a 30-minute wait and another 30 minutes to get there. We just took a taxi instead, which wasn't too far, about 15 minutes by taxi. The taxi fare was a bit expensive, but the kids couldn't wait any longer. The chocolate at this hotel is amazing!

We booked through the Trip website and were offered a great deal. The hotel did not meet my expectations, despite being one of the most expensive hotels on Yas Island, affiliated with Hilton, and located in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Although the room design was beautiful and the hotel opened in 2018, we encountered several issues. First, the bathroom had multiple problems, as shown in the attached photos. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was dust on the shelves and tables. Additionally, the receptionist, an Egyptian employee whose name I do not recall exactly (I believe it was Kirillos), was not as welcoming or courteous as the other staff members. Karolos offered us a free upgrade to a room with a bunk bed for children, rather than a room with better size or view as one might expect. The room was not in good condition, and we even found leftover chips in the upper bunk bed. He also tried to convince us to take a suite for an additional charge, which was not something we wanted to discuss after a long flight. Moreover, no welcome gesture was offered to us or our child. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were exceptionally attentive and provided outstanding service with great kindness. However, I will not repeat this experience, as the price paid does not reflect the level of service or comfort provided.

My sister and I had an amazing weekend at this hotel. The team made our stay feel so personal with all the thoughtful touches (see the photos), which made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, the food is delicious, and the pool is absolutely wonderful. We also loved that bicycles were available for guests, and we really enjoyed using them. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The only small downside was that the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking. Other than that, we had a truly wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great hospitality!

This hotel is centrally located in Abu Dhabi, surrounded by numerous supermarkets and restaurants. It offers convenient access to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Presidential Palace, and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Abu Dhabi Mall is also just a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast selection is diverse, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The complimentary valet parking is a fantastic perk, especially for those traveling by car, as it saves a lot of hassle.

This hotel makes us very happy and comfortable. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is very delicious, and the restaurant is warm and thoughtful. The room design of the hotel is simple and modern, picturesque, and clean and tidy. We are more than 100 points satisfied with this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Khalidiya branch. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We especially loved the excellent service and the delicious breakfast, which offered a great variety of options. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always willing to assist, making our stay even more pleasant. The only minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide slippers and dental kits in the rooms. We hope these amenities can be included in the future for added convenience. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others. 😊
