I made the reservation 3 days ago and paid for it. As a result, the reservation was canceled for 3 days after I arrived an hour late. There was no timely notification and no proactive refund. It has not been resolved yet.

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip a few years ago. It's not far from the airport and has a nice environment. There's a coffee shop downstairs next door and the transportation is convenient. There was a safety drill on the day before leaving, which was pretty good.
It’s more cost-effective to book a breakfast-included package on Ctrip. When I checked in, I didn’t find breakfast at first, but it soon became clear.

Very clean and neat hotel. Staff was very friendly, big and comfortable room, location was great, lots of food options around.
Only ‘negative’, with soooo many amazing fruits in Costa Rica it’s a crime to have bottled sugary juices at the breakfast instead of fresh poured orange/pineapple juice!!
But overall everything was really great!

The hotel is very clean with exceptional service. The location is convenient and the staff are very nice. I like that there are many places to shop nearby along with food options. The breakfast which is included is very good. Parking is convenient and the location is good. I enjoyed my stay.
