Pyramids Plateau Hotel Reviews

Everything was wonderful.. The staff was very polite and courteous. Room had the best view of the Pyramids. Will come again.

The room is clean but a bit small. The rooms in the inner section don't have windows, so they feel a bit stuffy. It's about a 10-minute drive from the pyramids. The dining room has a view of the pyramids.

Very convenient location, right on the Giza plateau. Beautiful views of the pyramids. Staff are very accommodating and really try hard to please with the limited resources that they have. Right on the main road, so quite a lot of traffic noise for the rooms facing the street.

Unfortunately, although the hotel is new, the cleaning is very bad. The sheets and pillows are new but the cleaning is bad.

Poor cleaning, towels scattered on the floor in the bathroom and towels provided that were not known to have been used. When the bathroom door was left open, the sewer smelled strongly. I requested a non-smoking room, but they gave me a room where they tried to get rid of the smell. The bed smelled like cigarette smoke throughout my stay. It seemed that they only removed the smell without changing the bed sheets. The noise from the road was annoyingly loud 24 hours a day.

The room is very small. There is no bed. It is very stuffy. The layout is strange. The room smells very strong of cigarettes. I couldn't sleep all night. The room near the road is also very noisy. The point is that it is super small. The hotel promotional pictures must have been wide-angled. It's really rubbish. It's not cheap.
