Serviceable, a bit dates, but hotel prices are high in Albany to begin with, so it's not a crazy price.

Stay in the Executive Floor , the lounge closing hour is not as stated, lounge service and front desk is below average. The fitness center and pool area is closed anytime, you have to call someone to open it. The accessibility is very limited. Housekeeping service is good.

I can only give it a passable 3/5. The hotel is very old, the facilities are OK, the sound insulation between rooms is very poor, the bathtub drains very slowly, and the gym is very dirty and seems unmanaged.

The location is excellent, the hotel facilities are a bit old but clean.

The location is convenient, you can walk to the city hall and landmark buildings, about ten minutes away. There are not many restaurants around, but parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is a good choice if you are passing by for a day or two. Starbucks on the first floor of the hotel is not recommended, the price is high but the quality is very average
