Floor is dirty alot of dust but staff is friendly helped me cary bags.service is awesome. There we police at entrance taking care of hotel. Breakfast does not come free hv to pay usd 5 to eat.

Very bad service, dirty rooms Unfriendly staff, no water in the room, one towel for both of us., no toilet paper. Booked 4 nights and checked out after one night 🥵

Very bad and not clean and the furniture very old I will not stay there again they need service for everything and I'm not advertising any to stay there

Hotel location is good, close to sea side, walking distance, room service not bad.

I was check out 5 in the morning my Uber is waiting they check to my room everything is all right I understand it’s rules and one towel missing and receptionist check my luggage it’s okay his work and all look at me suspicious way to me they think I steal towel haha it’s really scary environment that young receptionist is really uneducated and unprofessional it’s been second time I booked this hotel an it’s the last for me I was really scare

Location is good, the hotel is big.

The hotel was like the pics on trip.com app but the stuff was kinda rude especially the receptionist in morning shift as we face a problem in air-conditioning and asked for help more than time but no feedback or following up. And we asked for complimentary late check out at 2:00 pm but she refused .

I make reservation for room with queen big bed and I not found my request it was tow twin bed

if you want to have a place where you can sleep at night in a clean room and polite employees while having fun in Alexandria at morning without paying a lot then this is a perfect match!
