Pros-convenient location as I could walk anywhere The breakfast was good as I had all the fresh food from the buffet Room was big enough They tidied up my room nearly every day Cons-half of the staff were friendly but half put on a poker face. Don’t know if it’s Kazakh culture. I found Uzbeks much friendlier The gym room didn’t have a mat for weights so a tiny bit of noise from the weight would be frowned upon The room was quite dated as it was built over 30 years ago
