The sheets and duvet covers in the room were synthetic, which is understandable, but they were so worn they were practically threadbare. The pillow felt like it had been around for 800 years, with the stuffing all clumped up. The bath towels had holes, and the hairdryer was yellowed and broken. We had a terrible night and couldn't wait to escape; we didn't want to stay a minute longer.

The rooms and bathrooms were a bit old, and the bathroom drain was a bit slow. However, the service, breakfast, and basic amenities maintained Ramada's standard procedures, which was reassuring. I didn't take any pictures of the room, but the breakfast was good. I used the hotel's airport pick-up service, which cost 12,000 tenge.

It should be quite convenient, being in the city. There are many Indian tourists. I've bought it several times, and it's still pretty good. My wife also likes it. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.
