Nothing here was specifically bad, but the property felt quiet basic for such a brand and price level and the city.

The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning was done in a timely manner. The breakfast was rich. There is also a bowling alley in the hotel, and the security is very strict.

There was noise due to renovations in the hotel, but everything else was fine

The location is very good and the room has a sense of age. Overall, it's pretty good.

The hardware and software of the room are basically worthy of the price, and I am quite satisfied.

Good location, clean and comfortable

I have just completed a four-day event at the Kempinski Hotel in Amman, with approximately 180 attendees. Ahmad Amira and his team did an outstanding job, ensuring everything ran smoothly without any issues. The setup was excellent and ready on time, and the catering was more than sufficient for our large group. I highly recommend the Kempinski Hotel in Amman for your next corporate event.

We organized TAMAM’s 12th Gathering at Kempinski Hotel in Amman, Jordan, from February 9-11th, 2024. During our six-day stay, all the staff displayed exceptional hospitality and support, ensuring a smooth event implementation and comfortable stay for us and our attendees. Room and venue reservations were seamless, with responsive staff accommodating our needs. All Venues were spacious enough to accommodate our event activities, and were kept clean and fresh all through the event. Our rooms matched descriptions provided and the housekeeping staff maintained the cleanliness of the room and promptly replenishing amenities and supplies in the rooms. The operations team efficiently set up venues and provided necessary equipment, and remained readily available throughout the event to quickly address any emerging needs. The hotel provided efficient IT support and a reliable internet connectivity (both Wi-Fi and Ethernet) in all venues, enabling seamless livestreaming and hybrid Zoom sessions. The banqueting facilities ambiance were elegant and comfortable. The breakfast and lunch buffets offered a wide variety of delicious food that was beautifully presented, and the seated lunch and dinner menus were equally impressive. We highly recommend Kempinski Hotel for its luxurious experience and we’re looking forward to returning in the future for another event.

I have been visiting this hotel for few years now it has been renovated to high luxurious standards in the top floors makes the rooms extremely comfortable and relaxing , add to that the super helpful and efficient staff lo was by Ms Bayan the senior customer services manager who goes over and beyond to make the quest’s stay and experience enjoyable and positive, ( thank you Bayan) . The reception staff are most helpful especially yazeed, also Khalid. I am reassured that the gym is next in the project to be renovated .
