Very very bad hotel , very poor service, room was on 5th floor no lift , very dangerous stairs, staff attitude and service is very bad

Shower right in the room, only separated by a curtain. Some smell in the room, the windows didn't open. The ceiling is low and moldy. The location is very loud and the sound also travels by ventilation, which makes it even worse.

Strategic location, 5min walking distance from Amsterdam central station. Easy to access rrestaurants and public transport. However, not convenient to stay on a higher floor due to no lift. Only staircase 😂

Somewhere to sleep relativly cheaply right in the centre of Amsterdam. No frills.
The room was clean and the bed, comfortable.
No elevator and the stairs are very steep. The upper stairs are also very narrow. (Difficult wih a big, heavy bag).
There was a lot of late night noise from the street.

Very friendly staff, super location in the very heart of Amsterdam city center. The room was very small, but with nice comfortable bed and clean facilities (although facilities could be also better). All in all it was good price-quality ratio.
