The room is spacious and hotel is in a quiet location. It’s good for a relax or business trip but not recommended for Executive Room. I booked an Executive King room with lounge access. There was no executive counter or express checkin and check out for Executive room guests. I am sad that my executive room was on 5/F whilst the executive lounge is located on 22/F. The lounge provided very limited of food during breakfast, tea and evening cocktails. The coffee machine was broken and food was out of stock frequently. I pre-paid my hotel accommodation, the staff confirmed that during my check-in but they asked me to pay my room during my checkout. It took me some time to talk to manager and settle it.

It's our final destination of our trip and super happy we chose Okura hotel. Felt welcomed by the reception after long trip.

To expensive as i pay £282 pounds for booking a room when i check in then they charged me another £116 pounds they said that's for local council that hotel is a ripe of and breakfast is about £35 pounds.

The hotel was great! The staff was very nice and helpfull! I would definitely recommend it. The pool and sauna were nice. I will be definitely returing.

The rooms are very outdated, you walk straight back into the 80's... My phone rang immidiately, it was the 80's the asked me if they could have their hotel back.
the price rate is not up to the standard you should deserve.
wouldn't recommend this place. for this high segment pricing in Amsterdam, there are plenty of great and very high service hotels in amsterdam !!
