"The hotel seems pretty rundown despite obvious upgrades to the room. The room was pretty clean. The bed was not comfortable. There were no outlets to charge phones by the beds. I had to plug into the one in the bathroom. The one by the coffee maker requires the light to be on to work. The hotel advertises guest laundry but it's apparently in a building they've closed so not accessible. The location is good if you only have a short layover but being near the airport is far away from everything else to do in Anchorage. The breakfast was decent but only offered orange juice and coffee for drinks. Not even water which we had to ask staff for. Staff were helpful with storing our bags, check in, etc."

"The location is average, the service is good, the front desk is friendly, and the room facilities are OK. There are indoor and outdoor parking lots. You have to walk outdoors from the parking lot to the hotel."
