Puffin Inn ★★
"Convenience: Convenient, easy to find, and close to the airport. Cleanliness: Average. Price: Cheaper than other apps. Others: Full amenities, but the room is old and not as advertised."
Alyeska Resort ★★★★
"Alyeska Resort is one of the most beautiful places we visited in Alaska. It perfectly combines pure nature with luxury. The scenic tram ride is a must-do—the views from the top are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning mountains stretching as far as the eye can see. The resort itself is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, and even the small pond adds to its relaxing and charming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to unwind while experiencing Alaska’s incredible natural beauty, I highly recommend Alyeska Resort. It’s definitely worth visiting!"
Merrill Field Inn ★★
"The hotel is a bit out of town but the hotel offers 24 hours shuttle drops off and pickup in the downtown area. You just need to call them. Very great service."
Bird Creek Motel ★★
"Good rooms, complete facilities, average service"
Brown Bear Saloon & Motel ★★
Fairfield Inn & Suites Anchorage Midtown ★★★
"Good service, service people are well trained and very nice to guests. Nice facility Excellent food, I did enjoy"
Four Points by Sheraton Anchorage Downtown ★★★
"Very convenient."
The Wildbirch Hotel - JdV by Hyatt ★★★★
"The hotel service was great. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, and it was really delicious, though it took a bit long to come out."
Ramada by Wyndham Anchorage Downtown ★★
"A bit sceptical when I first read some of the negative reviews but I still go ahead with booking Ramada for its location. I found generally the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is also adequate."

Homewood Suites by Hilton Anchorage
"Good in all aspects"
The Voyager Inn
"Room is clean, essential items are all available. Blackout curtains are effective. Only a 15 minute walk from the train station. Easy access to both downtown and the shore. Staff is friendly, though there is sometimes a short wait to talk to the staff."
The Hotel Captain Cook
"This is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet and sofa felt very dirty after a long time. The next day we asked to clean the room, but the waiter evaded and said that their room was not cleaned every day. It was the first time I heard about it, and then two bath towels were sent as room service. My friend's room carpet was full of hair that had not been cleaned at all, but he lied and said it had been cleaned. The shower gel and shampoo were completely empty, and the next day there was no hot water shower. My friend called and his attitude was very perfunctory. It was a terrible experience. I don't know if it was the hotel's problem or if Ctrip lowered its requirements for the partner. Recently, the hotel experience booked from Ctrip has not been very pleasant"
Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage
"Facilities: I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The facilities are quite new, and the lobby is clean and bright, without any stale smells. The downsides are that the washbasin faucet has a low water flow (I don't know if it's an energy-saving faucet or something else), and the window air conditioner is very noisy (a common problem in older American hotels). Cleanliness: The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated and is clean. Environment: Located in Midtown, there's a buffet restaurant right outside, and chain hotels are all nearby. Service: The airport pickup was smooth. Upon arrival, I called the front desk, and the car arrived in 10 minutes. The driver helped with loading and unloading my luggage, and I tipped him. Breakfast: I booked a breakfast-included meal and was given two breakfast tickets. I discovered it's a per-person American breakfast, 15.95 per person. The breakfast was pretty much the same between the two days, with the exception of the fruit. The fruit was sweet, but the rest was average. It consisted of bread, muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and milk, but no juice. For two adults and two children, the price for four people was charged, plus an 18% large group service fee. Other items can be ordered a la carte, but they should be charged separately."
Hilton Anchorage
"The worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in and probably the worst of all Hiltons in the chain. It does not even qualify as a 2-star hotel and I paid US$580/night! I accept that it was a busy time due to many cruises disembarking during those 2 days, but Hilton was charging more than most hotels when their standards are way below par! Like many others, I booked at the high price because it’s Hilton and I expected it’s of 5-star standard. So, this is a very poor hotel disguised as a Hilton and charging Hilton prices, conning innocent customers who believed in the Hilton brand! I can understand they wanted to take advantage of the demand situation but, at least be ethical enough to price it according to the standard of the hotel and not the name!!!"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anchorage Airport
"For the first time in 40 years, I’ve stayed at a hotel this terrible—absolutely no soundproofing, no service, and no atmosphere. Then again, Alaska is simply the worst place to visit in the entire U.S."
Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anchorage Airport
"Some of the staffs don't seem very welcoming, frowning, and annoying. This hotel doesn't have a hot tub as shown in the application when booking. I asked the receptionist and he said there isn't one."
Staybridge Suites ANCHORAGE by IHG
"We are friends traveling, booking two rooms at the same time, giving us two rooms far apart, which is very unfriendly. Everything else is fine, and the kitchen equipment is very clean and tidy."
