QQieyimanyouThe room was clean and quite spacious, with a small living room, which was very convenient. The facilities were also good, the gym was excellent, and the breakfast was decent. However, I don't know why, even though I had already paid through Ctrip, the hotel charged me again when collecting my deposit. Fortunately, I discovered the problem later, and Ctrip resolved it for me. Overall, I'm satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good and very clean! There are specimens of brown bears and wolves in the lobby, which is spectacular, and there is a free self-service coffee machine and hot water, which is too important for me to come back from minus 40 degrees outside! ! !
But! ! ! The hotel has no service at all. I never cleaned up the room for five days. I don’t know if it’s the same in American hotels.

GGuest UserBooked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed.
Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

XXthemadgeniusLovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)

The room has no air condition, the heater is not working
No refrigerator, no microwave, no hot water kettle, just sleep
The glass in the room is not clean, the pillowcase has stains, need to change before use

GGuest UserThe size of the room is just right, and the hygiene is OK. The room I was given was on the side of the first floor. It was probably a promotional room, because I only stayed for one night. There is a river behind the hotel, and you can go fishing along the river. It’s also very meaningful to walk around both sides of the Taiwan Strait to see the local fishing culture. It’s a little more inconvenient to walk uphill for about 20 minutes from the city center, but it’s very close to the train station, and the hotel has a free pick-up service. This service is really good. , one of the reasons why I booked this hotel

GGuest UserAdvantages: 1 The bed is larger than two 1.5cm beds 2. The room is spacious and relatively new, it should be renovated in 2022 3. There is free breakfast, the water dispenser provides hot and cold water, there is a canteen selling instant noodles, and there is a microwave in the room 4 .Free pick-up and drop-off services to the airport and train station. The train station is very close, and the ticket exchange is very fast. It is enough to arrive half an hour in advance. I think it is no problem to arrive 15 minutes in advance. Disadvantages 1. It is a 15-minute walk from the center of the town. There are several hotels in the center which are more convenient. 2. It is close to the train. It's a bit noisy on that side of the station, with trains honking every hour, even at night.
