Anchorage Hotels with Pools

Very good hotel, the kitchen is fully equipped, pots and pans are available, it is very suitable for improving the food once, go to the surrounding seafood shop to buy two big crabs, it is very comfortable to eat, the hotel is very new and very good, highly recommended

It was stated that there is an airport shuttle bus, so I made a reservation, but there was no airport shuttle. In the end, I called a lift and moved it. Please note. The price included breakfast, but the breakfast was very simple, so I didn't feel much merit. Rather, the advantage is that it is very close to the airport (10 minutes by car) and there are very good Vietnamese restaurants around. It is difficult to recommend as the price-to-quality ratio is low.

We liked how the room was clean and the pool smelled like chlorine and was clean unlike other hotels we stayed at. But the front desk clerk was very rude. I tried to check in a couple mins early and she only said I don’t see your name anywhere and pretty much only left me an option to leave and come back later. So instead of being friendly she was opposite and made me feel not wanted there. But we stayed anyway. And the breakfast really sucked! COVID made them feel like they can treat people however they want.

Easy to book and check-in. Room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Sofa bed was a bit too saggy. Overall, good and will consider again when needing a room in the area.

There was a guy at the front desk whose service was average. After asking for our IDs, he also asked me for my home address? it's wired. Then the ventilation fan in the bathroom could not be turned on. When I reported it to him, he told me to ask maintenance personnel to come and take a look, but they never came. The room and hotel are okay, clean and sanitary, and the facilities are relatively new. Overall, it is recommended.

I usually have a peaceful, enjoyable stay when I stay here, but this time is wasn’t so peaceful. There was a kids birthday party or something going on where there were a lot of rambunctious kids running up and down the hallway, making all this noise during my stay. Not enjoyable at all.

The room looked very clean and comfortable, but the next day we were bitten and found a bug. It feels like it has been cleaned before but repeated. The front desk immediately changed the room. thank you very much! I hope the hotel gives enough attention and takes better measures. For example, use insect-resistant bed covers and bedding pillows that can be washed and disinfected at high temperatures.

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

Facilities: This hotel stayed for two nights, the facilities are quite new, the lobby is clean and bright, and there is no old smell. The disadvantage is that the washbasin faucet is very small (I don't know if it is an energy-saving faucet or what reason), and the window air conditioner is very noisy (a common problem in the old American hotel). Hygienic: The bathroom feels renovated and clean in recent years. Environment: Located in midtown, there is a cafeteria at the door, and there are chain hotels nearby. Service: The airport pick-up was very smooth. After arriving, I called the front desk and the car arrived in 10 minutes. The driver helped load and unload the luggage and I gave a tip. Breakfast: Booked early and gave two breakfast tickets. It was found that it was a breakfast charged per person, 15.95/person, American breakfast, there was no variety change except for fruit for two days. The fruit is very sweet and the others are average. Bread muffin scrambled eggs bacon yogurt milk, no juice. Two big and two small eat together, charge four people, plus 18% large group service. You can order other varieties, it should be charged separately.

Lovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)
