But later when the room service came to the room and found this situation, they had a slightly different taste for us, meaning that we should not open the refrigerator, which made us uncomfortable. This was also the first time I encountered this situation. The refrigerator was locked, and there was no advance notice! Then she took the Coke and Sprite in the refrigerator away. There was no way to boil water when needed. The hotel had only one person, I was the lobby manager or management named Iven, who was very polite to us and provided very thoughtful service. On the first day, he arranged for the porter to help us with the luggage, took us to the room, took my husband to the parking lot to charge, and accompanied us to figure out how to use the charging pile, and arranged coffee for us.
