When we first got upstairs it smelled like fecal matter. The carpet was dirty and looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in quite a while, food along the sides of the beds. I dont believe the sheets were changed before we arrived, there was hair on the sheets. The sink was plugged with used razors and other debris. The wall was covered in dust, cobwebs along the ceiling. Pictures taken and can be provided. Someone sprayed or put carpet deoderizer in the hallway, made it difficult to breath. The woman at the front desk Michelle said the person across the hall was dirty and didn't shower often.

We had a second floor smoking room. The hall way smelled like fetal matter. Early in the morning someone sprayes air freshener so it became hard to breath. The room was dirty, food on the loor around the beds. The bed sheets hadn't been changed because there was hair and dirt on them.The wall was covered with dust and cobwebs. The bathroom toilet and sink were dirty. The sink drain was plugged with wrappers and who knows what else. The outside was really nice. The woman at thw desk said it was a smoking room so it doesnt get cleaned loke the other rooms.i would like a refund because i was really disappointed.

It was clean and there was hot water. That's all I was looking for. This is my third or fourth time staying at Regency in Anoka, MN this year and each stay has been just fine. I have no complaints.

Construction made access difficult. I had reserved for 2 nights but, for medical reasons, had to check out early. Was out the $75 for the second night. Such is life.

Staff was very kind and professional, rooms were disgustingly dirty gross, towels were very rough refrigerator was not working when I got there but the lady from the office managed to get it fixed

the whole property had a smoking smell, even inside the rooms. toilet paper, was limited, as well as tissues and water cups.

They were so rude they said that my son 7yrs old can not visit me they were said we allow to see him.only at parking lot ! Never seen or hear that inhuman people existed on earth

The customer service was horrible!
I tried to check in early receptionist said no rooms ready which was understandable but the way she came across to me was not good at all then I was told I needed a credit card to cover incedentals I explained that I don’t have credit card but had debit card that I was using to pay for room she would not accept!
I returned later to try and check in again the new receptionist much friendlier never mentioned a credit card and check in went much better but still left sour taste for me
