When I arrived at 21 the reception was already closed. I tried to call but nothing. Then I discovered that there were a emergency number and after 5 minutes the security guy came in and did the check in. The guy was very nice. But the room had a terrible noise from the ventilation system that couldn't be stopped and the fridge as well was very noisy. I couldn't sleep at all. Plus they charged me 4.56 eur (i guess the city tax?) but the guy say it was only 2eur.. all in all, I will never go back to this place. I have also tried to call now but they never reply.

Not the best location, but the amnesties where very good. Gym, sauna, swimming pool, laundry ect.

It was nice experience and for the given price it was lovely.

If you’re a couple or not, especially when you are family think twice before you book this hotel because they call it this is not a hotel this is residency apartment or residency hotel I don’t know so they don’t come and clean your room every single night or day you have to stay minimal four nights and then they will come in clean your room free of charge. The location is too far from the centre. You need to walk down from the hill to catch “A” bus to visit Antibes. But it is very peaceful place by the way and they provide in the rooms cooker fridge everything you can think in the studio flat except washing machine and dryer 

The room was average, I had paid for a double for an extra €3 to then realise it was the two single beds pushed together from the original two single bed booking, super uncomfortable beds, this was definitely not a 4* not sure how they got that rating. We had previously stayed in a 2* and this was a million miles better. The security is fantastic, when we arrived! Helped us to the room and advised how to get food etc.. would we stay again, no.

Nice resort located far from the sea but very convenient for those traveling because it is close to the highway. French studio with small but effective kitchenette, nice terrace overlooking the Gulf of Antibes and the pool, very kind staff of the structure. Breakfast (we did not use it) served in a nice space near the pool. We will definitely return.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait in the dining room for two hours until they opened. And luckily I got in; by chance, people were leaving. Despite that, the location was fine, and so was the room. The pillows smelled.

Perfect for work and due to the proximity to the neighboring commercial area.

Came for a three-night stay, we arrived late in the evening and were taken care of by Marc the night watchman. He welcomed us well, accompanied us to our room and explained how the hotel works. He is always attentive to our needs. He is a great employee. Overall the room is very clean, the breakfast is correct and the friendliness of the staff is superb.

The hotel requires a major renovation in public areas. We were given a room with broken air conditioning. I intervened three times until I was informed that the service would come. The specialist came AFTER A WEEK. He came and said that he does not deal with this. And that was the end of the repair. There is a gym, BUT every time you have to go to the reception to have it opened. There is a sauna, BUT you have to order it in advance. There is a steam sauna, BUT it is out of order. Maybe it is a good thing, because the black mold on the floor is so scary. In the morning I booked it for the evening, BUT no one turned it on. The terrace by the pool is starting to rot from the top. The pictures of the dining room in the hotel description are false. The last one is real, the rest is a demo version. I do not recommend this hotel.

The price is reasonable, but the hygiene is average. There are a lot of mosquitoes and there is a musty smell in the room. But at this price, there is no better choice for summer.
