I stayed at Erdao Yaduo again after 2 months. There were no problems with breakfast, late night porridge, staff service, and room furnishings. The only thing I want to say is that your delivery robot is too unintelligent. Of course, this is also caused by human factors. I needed a bag delivered by the robot before I left the hotel. I waited for more than 20 minutes but it still didn't come. I called the front desk and they said the robot had come up. Then I waited for more than 10 minutes. The robot should have climbed up the stairs. I couldn't wait any longer, so I went downstairs with my luggage and met the robot in the elevator. It was actually delivering things to other floors... It turned out that it didn't deliver to me. I was so angry 😡 The front desk explained for a long time, what's the use... There must be a first come first served, right? If it is a problem of human settings, then deliver one household after another in the order order, and don't set up several households to deliver at once. I hope that there will be no such operation next time I come.

The room was very clean and the toiletries smelled very good. I took them away and used them later in Wanda. The hotel is very close to Edelweiss. The front desk staff was very good and helped us solve some problems. The hotel pick-up station is very convenient. You can take a direct bus from Changbaishan Station to Wanda after being dropped off. There is a small supermarket downstairs in the hotel. The yogurt silk bread at 5 yuan a piece is very good. Frozen pears and frozen persimmons are both 5 yuan each. You can also eat more candied haws on the roadside. These are double the price at Wanda Resort.

Hotel is probably one of the closest (5mins walk) to the North Slope Distribution Centre, very near to Changbai Railway Station (car ride ~10mins). Staff are very helpful and friendly to guests needs, reliable service. Rooms are cleaned and amenities replenished daily or as requested. There is/are housekeeper on duty everyday at the lobby as well to provide transportation assistance and tour packages. Responses are very prompt from them as well. Overall a very enjoyable stay with plenty of convenient services. Definitely one of the top choices in this area.
