It’s so dirty furniture and room. Lack of explanation for strange hotel policies.(resident registration) Why should I leave my passport at the hotel? I've never had this experience before. I don't want to recommend this hotel

The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the high-speed rail station and the Beipo Scenic Area. The hotel staff is warm and sincere. During my stay, I called the front desk many times and received enthusiastic help and responses. I am very grateful to the hotel staff Chen Chen for his warm hospitality and the driver (Ji B18VB3) for the full pick-up. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain.

It’s a nice hotel with an outdoor hot spring. Most of the group guests will have breakfast at a place where they won’t eat with the group.
