Amazing
MM*****We had stayed in a Staybridge Hotel in London, which is why we chose to stay in this one in Liverpool. I have to say that although the staff were great (very friendly and helpful), the London branch was better.
The room was very well appointed and comfy, but I nearly stabbed my foot on a nail, so maybe a bit more attention to cleaning is needed.
The breakfast buffet was a bit chaotic. They seemed to run out of food very quickly and not quite on top of replenishing food or clearing tables. On the last morning, it looked as if they only had one member of staff there - he was lovely and really trying, bless him, but they need more staff at breakfast!
Overall, it was a good experience, but there are a few aspects that could be improved.

GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were so warm and welcoming, truly making you feel right at home. Highly, highly recommend!

KKarenThe sound proofing of the rooms was not very good. We could hear our neighbours talking. We were woken up at 2am with people in the corridors so we were not happy
It was clean and basic. It would have been helpful to have manuals on how to work the microwave dishwasher etc. We stayed 4 nights so although there was an Expresso machine we were only provided 4 capsules any more we had to pay for, I do feel that they should provide 4 per day after all we were paying for 4 nights.
The bed was comfortable. The apartments are in a convenient place for the city and the train station

The staff were very friendly.
The inside of the washing machine was dirty, so I had to buy a laundry cleaner, but it's good to have a washing machine.
The water pressure in the shower was very strong, so I was satisfied.
There's a Tesco Superstore right next door, where you can buy detergent, water, food, etc.
Hotel location modification is required on Google Maps. If you search for a hotel and find a way, you will be guided to the other side of Gradwell Street. The entrance to the hotel is on Duke Street.

GGuest UserApartment was very nice, it could have been cleaner though, room had a damp smell the whole time we were there which wasn’t nice, even keeping windows open didn’t help, facilities were good, had everything I needed. Definitely not luxury but nice.

SSu-SGreat location, generally clean, ok service. Plenty of restaurants around and quite easy to walk around the city centre from here. Just note that we were trying to check in 2 hours earlier to the stipulated general check in time and the hotel wanted to charge us for it. First time I've heard of this - Adaggio in Edinburgh let us check in much earlier and without charging us so I'm not sure what their general policy is!

AAnonymous UserIt was a very adventurous experience when we checked in on the late evening. There are some complicated steps for the check-in process that we only found out after an hour.
We need to go to another main hotel to do the check-in, then park our car in another building. Then, walk another 5 minutes to the place that we booked.
Luckily, the room we booked is spacious and clean.
There is a nice Italian restaurant near the hotel!

LLeeExcellent apartment, clean and everything we could need. Stayed here with my son for a dad and lad city break. Location is perfect. Very close to the centre. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

GGuest UserPotential to be a really lovely apartment, but very tired, in dire need of TLC. Door handle fell off, kitchen tap broken, damaged cupboards, worktops and flooring. A great location if you're there for nightlife, not so much for a quiet couples weekend. Bring earplugs!
