Absolutely fab highly recommended

Everything is fine. We can easily check in via phone call. However, the code for my room is not work, they change us to other room. In general, it’s not too bad.

I made the booking the day before I was due to arrive. I received no communication from the hotel, but that sometimes is the case for normal hotels with a lobby. So I arrived at the property, it was cold, windy and training. There is no way into the building, it is basically a private residence. So I tried the telephone number and email address in the Agoda Booking. Number not working and no response from the email. I have to search around on tghe internet until I finally found a number that would work. All of this while in the rain and cold on the doorsteps. I spoke to someone and they said I should have filled in the documents sent to me. I pointed out that that they had not sent any documents. 'Oh, looks liuke we made a mistake'! Yes indeed you did! I then got an email asking me to fill out the online regiatration form and also to pay 50 GBP for the deposit (not mentioned before). Again, all while on the rainy doorsteps. Classy move! Finally after more than an hour, I was in. Lovely room, as per the pics. Bathroom is a bit old, but functional.

Ok, but not perfect Apartment was clean and well equipped. A couple of things, I paid the extra to check in an hour early as I was that side of the city and needed to go across town soon, but wasn't sent the code, so I had stood outside for 15 minutes not able to get in. Had to contact them again yo get the code which they sent straight away, so I think they had forgotten to send it. Also, I had asked for the ground floor but was put at the top which definitrly wasn't ideal with all the stairs. It was ok for one night as I was hardly there but not sure I'd stay again.

Stayed with some friends for my birthday awful hotel sharp metal jutting out of wall lead to me slicing my arm and tearing a new expensive shirt, sanitary towel behind radiator tried complaining just being ignored now

I booked 2 rooms here for a family event, but when we eventually got the correct codes for rooms and front door, there was already someone in one of the rooms! I spent all day on the phone, as I was sent a phone number no longer connected to the network and had to ring another hotel who passed me on to someone who also couldn’t help, eventually we got the information we needed. At 7pm in the evening they found us another room in another hotel, but it messed up our visit to Liverpool. The down stairs room we had next to the front door, enabled us to hear everyone coming in and out and traffic driving passed at all hours. It was however clean.
