Liverpool Hotels with Parking

The service was extremely poor as we had no house cleaning done in our room in the 2 nights spent there. I called the customer service and was told cleaners were going to come and change the bed linen, towels and clean the room but that was false. I called a few times to chase this and nothing was done so I slept on the same old bed linen and I had to later chase up to get some clean towels. The service was really poor and there weren't many breakfast options to choose from as there wasn't much variety.

It was amazing, me and my girlfriend loved it. Such friendly staff. The hotel was super clean, no issues. Only annoying thing was we couldn’t connect Netflix to the tv, we could have been being silly though. We really enjoyed our stay, we will be staying again

The bed was comfortable, the room had everything necessary for a short trip, and the overall level of service left a pleasant impression. It's particularly convenient that the hotel is suitable for both tourist trips and business visits: getting to key places in the city is easy, and returning to the hotel in the evening is not difficult. Breakfast was generally a bit weak. The selection of dishes was decent, the food was hot and fresh, and standard options included hot dishes, pastries, and drinks. However, it's worth noting that the breakfast area can get quite crowded in the mornings, and seating can sometimes be insufficient, so it might feel a bit cramped during peak hours. This isn't a critical drawback, but it is noticeable if you come at the busiest times. The most contentious point was the parking. It's available, which is convenient, especially for a city center location, but we had to pay **£52** for it, which seemed far too expensive for one night. From a practical standpoint, having parking under the hotel is a plus because you don't have to search for a spot on the street, but the price left us feeling overcharged. This particular point spoiled the overall impression the most, although in all other aspects, the hotel is quite decent. Otherwise, the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool City Centre can be considered a reliable and convenient option for a trip to Liverpool. It has a good location, decent rooms, a satisfactory breakfast, and polite staff. Apart from the high cost of parking, the hotel leaves an impression of comfortable city accommodation without unnecessary fuss. For a short stop, it's a very practical choice, especially if it's important to be close to attractions and not waste time on travel.

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Location is great. It’s across the road from the Albert docks. 1 minute’s walk. 🚶 Breakfast is great. Staff are efficient and helpful and check in was rapid. We had a great time. The rooms are clean but grotty, they feel like too many stag or hen dos have been through the hotel. This is not the staffs fault, the shared space is lovely and has a good vibe. The rooms do have a working tv and great internet but are below standard to what I had expected of Ibis. 🛜

Wonderful helpful staff, a lovely apartment overlooking the water and next door to the M&S arena. Chloe was outstanding in her job by being caring and helpful. Will definitely stay again👍

Great two night break at Novotel Liverpool City Centre. The location was perfect for all the sights bars and restaurants. We went to see Barry Manilow concert and the arena was approx 10 -15 minute walk which was great. Had a freshly cooked meal in the restaurant called Ropewalks inside the hotel, we ordered fish and chips and New York Cheese cake. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced two courses for £20. The pool initially felt cold but was fine after a few minutes of swimming. I thought it was a very good hotel with good facilities in a perfect location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Liverpool

Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.

Place was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short. As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good. Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well. Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.
