Positive experience overall.

It is near the metro station. Has everything we need to cook. There are supermarket in the area and we can buy food for meals.

Schickes, modernes Apartment inkl. SmartHome und Tablet, womit man sich über den Roomservice Essen und Trinken bestellen kann. Ausblick ist semi, aber trotzdem schicker Balkon. Umgebung ist von Einheimischen dominiert, aber für mein Empfinden besser als eine überlaufene Tourigegend. Vom Apartment bis ins Zentrum dauert es ca. 15min, da es eine hervorragende Anbindung zur Metro gibt. Einkaufen in der Nähe ist auch möglich. Preis/Leistung und Aufenthalt an sich ist einwandfrei und sehr zu empfehlen.

Overall quite satisfied

Property was pretty clean, modern, tech friendly with enhanced safety features. There was no info regarding the massage spa and no adapters for the 110V appliance (phone/laptop chargers) for US travelers. Also, with the rented parking spot parking spot was blocked and killed the whole idea of having the convenience of a parking spot.

The layout of the apartment was perfect for us. Everything was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again when. In Athens!

This hotel is highly recommended! Good location: The hotel is just a few minutes away from the light rail subway station. Take the light rail to the Acropolis in 5 stops. Very convenient! Facilities: The facilities are comfortable and complete, clean and tidy! Free luggage storage is also provided (time restrictions apply). Service quality: The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and meticulous! We didn't notice in advance that check-in at the hotel was only at 3pm. We arrived at one o'clock. Then I contacted Ctrip customer service staff. Ctrip staff took care of everything within 30 minutes! Thank you very much to Ctrip staff! At the same time, the hotel staff arrived before 2pm and allowed us to check in early! This is an absolutely affordable and value-for-money hotel!

The property is a service apartment which does not have attentive service, no front desk staff. The unit was very inviting in view of decoration and size. The neighbourhood is a bit messy, fortunately the apartment is very close to subway station.

property was lovely and modern, such a convenient area that’s super close to the main city center. pleasantly surprised at the fact that they gave us pots, pans, utensils etc for the kitchen. if you’re staying here for 1 week this would be super ideal. the only issue we had was with the hot water. on two occasions, the water wasn’t running hot at all, leaving us to take a cold shower. not sure if there’s a cap on the usage or just an issue with the main supply but it did knock the place down a point. apart from that, everything was lovely and would be more than happy to stay here again!

I stayed in Athens for one day. The Lux & Easy was not a comfortable stay. The customer service from the hotel was okay but the location was horrible. Lots of yelling and shouting all night on top of being in a bad neighborhood. I do not want to bash the customer service because they did try to provide a quick response time. Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend this hotel to friends, family or anyone reading this review. Stay somewhere else. Peace of mind and being able to get a good nights sleep is worth the money. The pictures look very nice online but not so much in person. I’m from the inner city and even for me was the area sketchy AF…. BEWARE! I never been so ready to check out of a hotel ever in my life. If your traveling to Athens do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Stayed (August 2023)

The place was ok but the guests were so loud and rowdy. Very scary.
