I had to be my own mechanic in the room, toilet didn’t work, shower flooded whole bathroom floor and all staff said was I’m sorry very unacceptable

Lighting is low in the rooms. But very nice otherwise, wonderful breakfast, very friendly staff, very quiet in room areas. Look forward to staying here again in March!

This was the best customer service I've had at hotel in a very long time. Excellent customer service all around. Ms. Victoria(kitchen), Erin(Kitchen), Victor(front desk), and Kenya(front desk) was excellent. These group of individuals were professional and knowledgeable with everything I needed. I will be coming back very soon.

The ferris wheel was visible through our hotel window. The staff was amazing. It was a great stay.

Check in was at 3pm, we arrived at 6:00 and the room was not ready. Staff was rude. Fridge didn’t work. Staff blamed house keeping when we could not get towels the second day. Would not stay there again with all the other hotels near by!

Staff was super friendly but the hotel was not clean and loud. There were food crumbs in the hallway outside our room. The room itself was clean but the pillows provided were very small, more like the size of throw pillows. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work and the shampoo in the shower was empty.
The biggest issue is that air conditioning was very loud and sounded like a motor running. I had to use ear plugs to sleep.

First room hadn’t been cleaned but the gentleman at the front desk made it right and even upgraded our room because of the dirty room we first walked into. The same guy that checked us in was still working this morning at 8:30 still smiling!!
We were blessed!
