The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options, and the hygiene was excellent. There were no slippers in the room, but after calling the front desk, they were brought up quickly. The hotel's location is also superb, right on the main street in the city center, making it very convenient for shopping and getting around. I particularly loved their bath products; the scent was so refreshing.

No parking, it is valet parking only, and expensive.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, close to both the University of Auckland and the city center, and you can even see the Sky Tower. Hainan Airlines crews also stay here. Overall, it's pretty good. The front desk initially gave me a key card for a room that was already checked into, which was a bit startling when I opened the door. Thankfully, it was resolved amicably afterward, so I'm still quite satisfied.

The rooms and common areas were great. My flight landed at 8 AM, and I didn't expect to be able to check in until later, but if the front desk helps you sign up for their membership, you can get free early check-in. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn't working very well. They fixed it once, but it stopped working again a couple of days later.

Very convenient location on Queen Street, next to AUT. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and breakfast was decent. However, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well, which suggests the cleaning staff didn't thoroughly check the facilities. Parking was expensive at 60 NZD a day, but that seems to be a common issue in Auckland city center.

Great downtown location, very convenient for getting around. The staff were super friendly. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

We arrived at the hotel before noon, we are pleasantly surprised that both our rooms are ready to be check in, a world of difference to rest our tire body after a long flight.

The hotel is clean and the location is great, making it super convenient to get to any attraction. The service attitude was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the hotel facilities as well.

We stayed 1 night on the weekend at a discounted rate. Check in was easy and fast, room was excellent, good size ,bed very comfortable and our room even had a few towards the harbour in the distance. We really enjoyed the rooftop cocktail bar, great views , great service and interesting cocktails. Hotel is in a good location, easy to get to with public transport.

Fantastic downtown location, yet surprisingly quiet! It's super convenient to get everywhere, the hotel is clean, and the service is great. Plus, the price is really good value for money!!!

Great hotel in the heart of AKL CBD! Very comfortable room, great views, etc. Haven't tried to food. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend!
