Champneys Tring

Louise in the cafe is the loveliest lady, she always remembers us from previous visits ( we go roughly 3 times a year) She always takes time to come and say hello & makes us feel so welcome! I’d say a real asset to a business, along with other staff, but Louise always stand out.

Lovely, relaxing stay. I haven’t given 5⭐️ because Champneys now charge for lunch when you’re staying overnight which seems a bit odd…and the lunches were always a great social interaction too. I hope they bring it back soon. Overall, the stay was great and facilities work well for me. Staff were very friendly and courteous as always. Particular thanks to Louise in the Terrace Cafe - always cheerful and chatty and always greets you with a smile…great coffee too. Thanks!

Took a solo trip for a business trip and had a surprisingly nice stay. I usually stay in smaller hotels / lodges and don’t often get the whole hotel experience but whilst staying with Tring champneys it felt like such a luxurious getaway. Shoutout to Sophie in the restaurant for looking after me both days i came for breakfast, lovely girl!

i felt as soon as i walked in the door i was made comfortable with Rod at the reception was warm welcoming and i could already tell it was going to be a 5 star experience. the room we stayed in was immaculate and was a stunning room, we felt very comfortable and at home. we enjoyed breakfast in the morning, the food was incredible and the service was amazing, we were served by nicole who was just amazing as she made sure we had everything we needed and was so polite making our breakfast in the morning just as amazing as the rest of our stay. was so upset when we had to check out but we will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone.

The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the treatments were excellent. All the staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming, big thanks to Nikita, our waitress at the restaurant. Even though it was really busy, she managed everything perfectly and was super friendly and attentive. She made our dining experience great. Overall, amazing spa and service. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I visited Champneys Tring on a girls trip a couple weekends ago and it’s safe to say it was one of our favourite trips in a long time! After being greeted by the lovely Rod at reception who explained all we needed to know for our stay we had a lovely coffee in the cafe from Lou, which was part of our daily routine as there was a great view of the grounds, which was one of our overall favourite aspects of our stay! We had a lovely dinner where all the food and drinks were spectacular, I would recommend the steak which despite being a supplement on the menu, it did not disappoint. Alongside this, we also could not fault breakfast and lunch where we served by Nicole who was very attentive and answered all of our questions. I could not fault any of the facilities at Champneys as they all contributed to the relaxing spa experience one would want. Thank you so much Champneys Tring we cannot wait to return.

Stayed here by myself for one night and have to say the place was spotless! Felt so clean and fresh the entire time. During lunch I sat upstairs and it was obviously a new decorated part of the restaurant as it was lovely. Brooke and Amy were my waitresses and they were so talkative to us and very helpful. Also so glad the buffet is back !!! Will be back soon

I am a member and love bringing friends for a relaxed day together. All the staff are always very helpful, especially Louise and her team in the cafe. Our lunch did take over 40 minutes which feels a bit long for a salad to be made so feel there are some improvements to systems that can made still.

Restful & rejuvenating . Thanks Champneys Tring I immediately felt happy as soon as I was greeted by Jessica , Esther and Adrian on the front desk It makes coming back feel good that you know the same people are there and take the time to make you feel welcome and appreciated . My room was lovely pillows and bed really comfortable . The grounds really lovely well attended and the trees just stunning whilst out walking spotting the deer really peaceful. The food is always excellent and was also delighted to see Brooke , Lily Mai Ruby , Soph Edan Soph & Stevan They really work hard and despite busy times they have me time and attention . I had several treatments and would love to thank Sylvia Elly and Angela. After these treatments I rested and felt better The facilities were as always well maintained . Despite the amount of food at meals it’s always great to sit in the cafe have a a coffee and talk to Louise and Linda Louise always remembers me . She’s a great person. The building and facilities will be nothing without the dedication hard work and friendliness of the team who do make your stay so enjoyable . A huge thank you to all the lovely people who looked after me I’ll see you again in September god willing . Great that there is a bar to get a drink in the evening. Thank you , My only ****** is now booking treatments at the front desk. Sometimes that desk is so busy with checkins and lost keys that I’ve turned away and not made an appointment It was perfect the way it was . So I feel it didn’t work for me .
