During my stay, I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. The staff seemed unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. They were slow to respond to simple requests and appeared uninterested in addressing concerns. This really affected the overall experience, making it far less enjoyable than expected.

The location is not very good. You need to take a ride to eat, but the new hotel has good facilities and is quiet. The highlight is a washing machine, which is great

Very pleased..

The room is clean and tidy, there is a washing machine, and the service attitude is very good!

There is no air conditioning in the lobby and the internet connection is slow and stuck.

There doesn't seem to be a front desk, not like a hotel

房間人還住着都沒問過人家還需不需要續房就把房間放出去給別人訂，弄到想續房都續不了，老闆沒格局眼光不長遠，寧願要短期住户把長期住户往外趕，我在這個酒店住了半個月每次都是提前一天續訂的，衹有一天忘記提前續租了酒店就在沒經過我的續房意願的情況下把我的房訂給別的住客了，弄到我想續住都不行還趕我走，這樣的情況已經不下3次了，每次都不問人續住意願趕人走。服務非常不好。
