Very gracious host. Top floor apartment, beware stairs only. Lovely breakfast room and very good breakfast. Quiet setting on park like street close to shopping and promenading. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony, and bath with shower.

Die Hotel-Pension Kurvilla liegt recht zentral, direkt am Kurpark von Bad Kissingen, das Zentrum ist zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut, der self-Check-in funktionierte problemlos. Eine schöne Jugendstil- Villa mit viel Charakter, ruhig in einem Garten gelegen. Und drinnen das stimmige Ambiente im gesamten Haus, mit alten Möbeln, Holzböden und knarzenden Treppen. Ich bekam ein großes Zimmer im OG, hatte die ganze Etage für mich alleine, da war auch das separate Bad kein Problem. Einrichtung und Bad waren schon etwas historisch, eine kleine Zeitreise eben, aber alles war recht gepflegt und sauber. Am nächsten Morgen war auch der Eigentümer vorOrt, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gute und reichhaltige Frühstück im Wintergarten war ein schöner Abschluss. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man mal etwas Geschichte erleben will.
