Owner seemed to be very friendly and even offered ‘better’ room, but it turned out that he did it only to enforce cancellation of reservation so he wouldn’t have to pay a share with *********** The room was a total mess. It was dirty everywhere - bedcover was in some strange stains as well as pillows. only one of 4 seemed to be clean enough on it. Linen was all covered with someone’s hair - long and short ones. In bathroom it seemed as there was a serious flood and probably it’s because there’s no real shower. it’s just water hose and whole bathroom is your shower… Also when I went in owner said that it may be cold, because he was ventilating the room. However, even with closed window and radiator turned on full it was freezing. I was too tired after not sleeping in a bed for 3 days that eventually I’ve slept in there. I had to turn on AC for heating to barely make it through the night and afterwards when I’ve been putting my linen at the side of a bed I’ve took off bedsheet and was strongly disgusted that I’ve been sleeping on it. Never again…

Team of scammers who demonstrated few rooms house as 4 star hotel- pathetic breakfast and on departure day whole team came to stop and unload our luggage from Uber car and demanded extra money. In short I have to call police helpline then they fainted that I called Police helpline and police on way. They started begging to cancel complain and I was with family small kids so I accepted hotel staff request. However, before making call to police I begged from them let us go but they became heartless and merciless people and THANKS FOR police helpline swift response else hotel staff done very bad with us

Самый ужасный отель из всех в которых была в путешествиях. Номер не соответствует фотографиям. Грязно, в ванной чужие использованные одноразовые шампуни. Гели вообще не были предложены. Грязная сантехника, зеркало в плевках и каплях, грязные двери, подраны стены, что-то непонятное с потолком. Холодно и невероятно сильная слышимость. По каким критериям данный вариант получил 4* вообще не понятно. Ночью пока спала все тело чесалось, надеюсь клопов в кровати не было...Из плюсов только удобное положение в центре, но лучше поискать другие варианты.
