I had a great experience at Westin. The room was spacious and clean, packed with amenities and a kitchenette. The restaurant in the hotel provided great meals, attentive service and fair prices. If you like swimming, they have a pool that extends from the inside to the outside. Of course, they also have their famous large hot tubs both indoors and outdoors that everybody visits and loves. 5/5.

One of the best stay I’ve ever experience. Clean and very convenient, nearby the places like the village center where we can hang out. We enjoyed the pool as well. Me and my daughter enjoy our stay. The staff are very polite and helpful. Iam booking in the same hotel soon.

The room size is very large. The two Queen beds can sleep four people without any problem. In fact, four bathrobes are provided in the room. The restaurant's steaks and soups are made on the spot in front of the table and are very delicious. October is the off-season, and a four-course set meal only costs 60 Canadian dollars. The hotel facilities are very complete, and it should be a five-star standard for such a remote mountain.

The staff wouldn't get out of their way to assist us in getting to the hotel, even in heavy snow. It was a waste of a phone call.
On arrival, their attitude was consistently cold. The hotel is dated, basking in its past glory. Most staff are cold, but a handful of them are very friendly and helpful (most of them are cleaners), considering we stayed 2 weeks, we have come across many staff members.
The kitchen is very basically equipped with poor quality equipment. The balcony door is poorly sealed, there's a constant draught into the room.
One of the reasons we booked this hotel was its billiard room, but it's in their bar, I thought it would be family friendly.
Situated close to the Gondola, great for skiers.
I don't recommend it for families, and it's poor value for money.

It is a beautiful hotel. The suite was generously sized with a lovely deck for drinks and a spacious living room … Great pool with all day sun. The breakfast was the only thing I found rather limited and interesting… …
Close walk to everything and really a superb location .

I love this hotel because of many reasons. First of foremost is the staff because they were friendly, happy and helpful. One night I needed a 1 page print out and she didn’t mind the hassle of printing it out. Secondly is the location. It is the middle of everything. 2 times we simply had to walk next door or across the street for breakfast. We were hiking and only had dinners 3 times and they were all within 10 minutes walk. Thirdly is the room itself. I love the kitchen, the microwave oven , the fridge. The room decoration is so cozy. The sofa and the chair soft. The room is angular but spacious. It has a balcony that faces a forest/trail. There are chairs and tables on the ground level where people can relax but we were at no time bother by the noise ( we were on the 2nd floor and near the elevator ) . If I am tired of eating out , I can cook because it has a 2 burner stove but I have to bring my own oil, salt, pepper , everything but I did see ( I think ) detergent. A+ . We took a bus there so we didn’t need to pay for parking. You don’t need a car there . We took a bus for $2.50 south to the Interpretive Forest and did 2 hikes. On the 2nd day we took a ‘góndola “ up the mountain. Great city to visit. Will definitely come back again. Thank God for the wonderful weather.

The location is great. The lobby is on the second floor.
You can use a bigger pot for an extra fee, but I just did it.
I think it would be good if you bring a lock or something to store your luggage.
No one steals it, but I'm worried for nothing!
I have a charger

Very good location right next to the square. The suite is very spacious and can accommodate six people. It is very clean, comfortable and warm, and the quilt is clean. The open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, which is perfect for a family or a few friends on vacation. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. There are swimming pools and hot tubs in the hotel. The breakfast is colorful and the price is very good!

When we arrived, we were taken the the Executive Inn Mountainside by the shuttle company. So, we walked around trying to find the Whistler Village building, and finally did. Our room was on the 3rd floor, but you can't really get there on the elevator - you have to walk up some stairs, and then down some stairs before you finally find where you are going. We had a loft room - the loft up a set of winding stairs (bathroom is downstairs), holding a dresser and a queen size bed, which you have to crawl into to get to the far side - no walking around. The small closet is on the stair landing. The 1st floor had a couch that you kind of fell into because of the springs. Every place needed a coat of paint, and a good cleaning. There was a new shower, but the water pressure was ridiculous. One of the lights in the bathroom was burned out, and another was falling out of the wall. Luckily, the front desk staff and the cleaners were responsive and helpful. Oh, and the advertised heated pool was at the other building - want to walk a block or so in your bathing suit to get there, and then back (when you are wet)? I would not stay here again. Had we known we would have used Airbnb which turned out to be MUCH cheaper. Glad I'm not planning another trip.

Facilities are average, Ctrip is affordable during the holidays, but after washing my hair in the morning, I found that the hair dryer was bad. It made me wet my hair to go skiing. It was really depressing, but the price was ok, the room was large and the fireplace was very warm

GGuest UserThe Sundial was a great surprise. The rooms were beautiful, large and clean. The hotel is in the village so we walked everywhere. So convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful We went on the gondola and saw four black bears and one grizzly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.
TtheshbangReally enjoyed staying here while snowboarding at whistler Blackcomb. The mountain lifts and lift ticket booth is right outside the hotel. Hotel service was also very nice, and the room exactly as we wanted it. We didn’t get to use the hot tub/ sauna but looked enticing too! I loved how convenient the place was to the rest of whistler village, would come back again!
GGuest UserLegends at Creekside is best hotel especially for families close to Whistler Village (7 min drive, 50 min walk, quick bus ride). Rooms: quiet, plush linens, full kitchen (large fridge & freezer), fireplace, washer & dryer with soap, TV in lr & bedroom, multimedia player to play music via bluetooth, cd or usb stick in lr. Hotel: kids play room (not open in covid times), outdoor pool & hot tub open, Dusty’s pub-type & apres ski restaurant around corner, secure ski lockers in lobby (ask for lock on check-in). Skiing: Creekside lift right around corner, handy ski rentals. When skiing down make sure you follow trail signs back to Creekside, or download via Creekside Gondola. Biking: fairly secure bike lockers on P2 (access to anyone with key card but can lock to secure metal bike rack).
CCUICanada's most satisfied hotel.
First of all, the whole of Whist is very comfortable. The town is not big, so there is no traffic problem. The hotel service is very warm. The room is in the style of a serviced apartment. The kitchenware is complete and there is some salt and black pepper. The parking fee is 28 yuan per night, but it can be parked until 5 pm the next day, which is very user-friendly.
WOW! What can I say about this hotel and location apart from it was fantastic! We travelled as a family of 4 (2.5 year old and 11 months old) and stayed here as part of our 14 day road trip across the Rockies. The hotel is in a great location in the Upper Village just a 10 minute walk away from the village centre. There is a shop, liquor store and restaurants and bike hire right outside the main entrance. The hotel rooms consist of a self catering apartment with a full kitchen and amenities, washing machine and dryer (AMAZING), a dining room table, sofas, huge bedroom and bathroom and a balcony! The room was sparkling clean, felt very homely and the beds were so comfy. We spent 2 nights here but we both wish we had spent longer. The staff were so helpful and polite. The parking facilities were great and the pools outside were fantastic for children (separate one for adults without children) The only thing I would say is the outside area around the pool needed a good power wash but literally that was it. Amazing hotel, amazing location, excellent for families and money. We will be back!
OOld pigThe location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to the cable car, and there is a keg steak downstairs🥩. There are hot springs and saunas. It's OK if you go outside the peak season.
GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay at Blackcomb Springs Suites and the direct access to the mountain. This would be great in winter too. Especially when you've skied hard all day and just want to relax, boom, pop off your skiis and you're already at your hotel. Hard to beat that. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tubs were so beautiful. For sure, I'm coming back soon and next time bringing the family.
GGuest UserIt was located a 10-minute walk from Whistler Village, so it was very easy to get around. The hotel spa was really nice, and the interior of the hotel was clean and nice. However, I felt that the hotel was old, and when I checked out, there was a small mouse running in the hallway and a squeak. The interior of the room was clean, but the hallway felt old.
JJessica DUnfortunately, it's not worth the price. We paid extra for a loft with a mountain view, which we regret and should have saved our money. The room is outdated and badly in need of renovation. The room description mentioned a French press and a PlayStation, but neither were there—you have to request them. Really, in 2024?! Instead, they offer instant coffee (which was awful) for a rate of $240 per night. The ”balcony” is a joke—it's just a small area with a table and two chairs on the roof, with walls blocking the mountain view. We also found hair on the shower wall. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing. The staff didn’t seem to care and never asked about our stay. I even had to reach out to get my final invoice after noticing odd charges on my credit card—not the $50 pre-authorization either.
GGuest UserThe management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
