Arxan Hotels with Balcony

The hotel is near the Tianchi service area, and it is very convenient to play in the forest park. This restaurant has its own restaurant, and you can eat directly there at night. The only downside may be that breakfast is a bit simple, that is, porridge, eggs, side dishes, etc.

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. The rooms booked on behalf of the family are mainly for convenience and eating and drinking. This place is really cold, the family said that the conditions are OK, the facilities are well-equipped, and it is not cold. You can find it for dinner, okay!

The room is very clean, and the facilities in the room are complete. The boss is very enthusiastic. It is very convenient to navigate in the Tianchi service area and is very close to the Buzhu River. I will stay here when I come to Aershan.

It is indeed a stream view mountain residence! The location is excellent, hidden in the forest sea, facing the stream directly, away from the crowd, and good privacy. The room is lighted and transparent, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows introduce the mountain view and stream into the room. The log furniture + soft bedding is warm and advanced. The sanitation is super meticulous, spotless and odorless, the bathroom water pressure is sufficient, and the hot water is fast. The service is warm, the route is planned, and the local specialties can be eaten. Here, slow down and feel nature, heal all fatigue, is the ideal mountain residence.

I drove all the way and saw many hotels in Aershan. It was generally a long time ago. The facilities could not keep up with the old ones, and the hygiene was not good. But the overall experience of this house really exceeded expectations! ! It seems to be newly opened last year, the facilities are very new, the sanitation is also in place, it is very recommended, it is really a difficult hotel in the mountainous area. The mountain in May has also started to be green, and the scenic area experience is very good. The boss and staff were very enthusiastic. I found that the box was broken in the early morning. I asked if there were tools at the front desk. I was very patient and enthusiastic to solve it! ! Parking at the door is suitable for self-driving parties. It is a very comfortable stay. I really recommend it.

The service is also very good, always let us have something to ask them not to be afraid of trouble, but also help us arrange the travel route. Anyway, it meets the requirements of my door to experience natural wild fun and smart accommodation. If you have a sufficient budget, you must book this viewing room and give ten stars!

From the perspective of health, health looks good, this time I didn't go to the small details, after all, I came to travel, not to stay in a hotel holiday. The most important thing is service. The service starts from small details. I am also a service industry myself, so I am more concerned about the service. From the beginning of entering the hotel, I will not say what I have encountered. Compared with other chains, the gap between Samsung and four stars is very large. After all, it is enough to travel and be happy and comfortable. However, I witnessed the whole process of a young man almost fighting with the guests, which made me very surprised and incredible. I was very angry. I felt that the attitude of the hotel was not good. I almost wanted to do it when I received the plate at breakfast time. The little brother should shut up when he eats me. In fact, he solved everything in four words ”sorry”, but he was kind. The guest has a sentence of his n, what is the service, there is no sense of service at all, and it is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I also feel that living here is not respected. 😟 It is not enough for the management to do a good job. It is estimated that the entire hotel should be managed with heart. There should be iron manager and manager Zhang. Finally, thank you for the new year gift from the iron manager.

The room exceeded expectations, the balcony of the room is opposite the large lawn and the downtown square, the scenery is beautiful! The sister at the front desk said that the sunrise on the balcony was absolutely amazing, but I couldn't get up after 4 o'clock, sorry. Standing on the balcony, the lights in the city are on in the evening, it feels like a fairy tale town!
