Arxan Hotels with Breakfast

The location is great, close to restaurants, and there's a large open space in front where you can have a snowball fight! 😄😄 Although there's no elevator, they helped with our luggage, which was very kind of them. I noticed most hotels I saw were around three stories high and didn't have elevators either—when in Rome, do as the Romans do! 😄 We were driving, and there was a garage for our car. 🚗

This is basically the best hotel in town. It's very new and they offer complimentary Coke, fruit, and candy upon arrival. The room was nice and warm. The only downside is that breakfast isn't provided, but there's a breakfast spot right next door with decent lamb buns.

Furthermore, there's a laundry room and a gym in the public area, catering to long-term travelers who need to wash clothes or want to do a simple workout.

The hotel has convenient transportation, relatively new facilities, and good health conditions. Yes, the bathroom is a bit small. There is no bottled drinking water in the room, there is no air conditioning (should not be used in summer), and there is no heating. I asked the landlady and she said there were electric blankets, but I didn't find any. It snowed and cooled down the day we stayed, so it was still a bit cold. I hope I can be prepared in the future.

I hit my finger on their outer door. There was resistance when the door was halfway opened, but the resistance disappeared when I opened it further out, so my finger hit the marble wall behind the door heavily. After five days of pain I couldn't even touch my fingers. Now more than 20 days have passed and the nail area still hurts, affecting my work, life, mood and pain, and I haven't received any compensation. Now I can't even take a shower or wash clothes, and washing my hair with one hand is such an inconvenience, and there is no compensation at all. I was told that I would take legal action if I wanted compensation.
