The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful. A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home! If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic. The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended! If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!

It's a romantic little house by the river. Arxan is small, so staying here makes it convenient to go anywhere. Stepping outside reveals the most beautiful scenery in the entire town. The owner was very kind and even upgraded us to a river-view room. The room had a polygonal bay window where sunlight streamed in. Sitting there, drinking tea, and daydreaming was so pleasant! I wanted to stay another night, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. Upon check-out, the owner even gave us a complimentary hot coffee – so thoughtful! The room had a few minor flaws, but with my perfect mood, they were negligible.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both the train station and the city's government district. If you're driving, there's ample parking space within the premises. The surrounding streets have a good variety of restaurants and supermarkets, so you don't have to go far for groceries or meals. Getting to and from the station is incredibly convenient for travel, saving a good amount on overall transportation costs. The rooms are cleaned meticulously; there wasn't a single stain on the floors or in the corners of the bathroom. The bedding was clean and soft, and the heating in the room was stable. Given the large day-night temperature difference in Arxan, it was wonderfully warm inside the room. The 24-hour hot water flowed smoothly, making it incredibly comfortable to wash up and rest after a long day of travel.

This is my first stay to write a review because this hotel is really good. The hardware conditions of the homestay are not very amazing. The room is not as big as expected, but the service is really attentive. The owner is very sincere and simple. Said that the room was cold and immediately sent electric heating, breakfast was sent to coffee, the restaurant music was very tasteful, the view of the terrace was also unique, especially when we checked out and couldn't get a taxi to the station, the owner personally drove it, and the trip to Aershan really left a good memory. Thanks again to the owner 🙏🏻

Very comfortable hotel ~ large windows, sufficient heating, and a humidifier. Worth living. The restaurant downstairs is also delicious. On the right hand side of the hotel, turn right again and there is a noodle restaurant that is delicious (as shown in the picture, we ordered dishes ~ the supermarket is also convenient)

The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. even they are old and we are foreigner, we still trying to understand each other. They upgraded our rooms for free. Room is great, warm and the hot water always available. The restaurant hotel owner recommend us also very good and cheap 🥳 The position is also convinience when living in Arshan, highly recommend 酒店老板非常友好和乐于助人。即使他们年纪大了，我们是外国人，我们仍然试图相互理解。他们免费升级了我们的房间。房间很棒，温暖，热水随时可用。餐厅酒店老板推荐我们也非常好，而且很便宜🥳 住在阿尔山时，位置也很方便，强烈推荐

Location: 5 minutes from Aershan Railway Station, right in the city center, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery at night standing by the window! Service: The front desk is super enthusiastic. I have been thinking about pouring water to turn it into ice, and finally it happened. The girl at the front desk helped me boil water several times. B&B environment: Very clean. Although the bedding is not as smooth as that of a big hotel, at least it can be seen that it is changed after every guest!

The room was spacious and bright. The hostess was very welcoming, the food was delicious, and she gave us generous portions. I even saw foreigners eating breakfast. Turning right and walking 500 meters is the shuttle bus stop. It's relatively close to the edge of the service area, but I think that's better, less noisy and dusty. In the evening, it's a ten-minute walk to the river, where you can take clear photos of the Big Dipper! Cons: The restroom is right next to the one next door, so the soundproofing is relatively poor. You can even hear conversations clearly, but it's not a big deal once you're outside the restroom. I was exhausted after a long day exploring the park, but I slept soundly at night without being disturbed at all. The photo shows the Big Dipper and the river at 7 a.m.

From the environment, the hotel does have a unique location, it is easy to take pictures, the surrounding environment is so beautiful, it is close to the town, quiet and convenient. Low season price is not high is a good choice, if the peak season price doubled, I probably will not consider. From the facilities, the first feeling of entering the room is that the room is relatively small, the bed is mini, not suitable for the bed, sleep is not very comfortable, the washing area light is broken (the second night is repaired), the wooden floor has floor heating, very comfortable, heating is also very sufficient. From the perspective of health, health looks good, this time I didn't go to the small details, after all, I came to travel, not to stay in a hotel holiday. The most important thing is service. The service starts from small details. I am also a service industry myself, so I am more concerned about the service. From the beginning of entering the hotel, I will not say what I have encountered. Compared with other chains, the gap between Samsung and four stars is very large. After all, it is enough to travel and be happy and comfortable. However, I witnessed the whole process of a young man almost fighting with the guests, which made me very surprised and incredible. I was very angry. I felt that the attitude of the hotel was not good. I almost wanted to do it when I received the plate at breakfast time. The little brother should shut up when he eats me. In fact, he solved everything in four words ”sorry”, but he was kind. The guest has a sentence of his n, what is the service, there is no sense of service at all, and it is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I also feel that living here is not respected. 😟 It is not enough for the management to do a good job. It is estimated that the entire hotel should be managed with heart. There should be iron manager and manager Zhang. Finally, thank you for the new year gift from the iron manager.

The staff was really nice and helpful! The location was great. It was the only option affordable for backpackers. That’s great! The room was small with no window but it was alright. The only thing that can be a problem if you stay long term is that there is no access to a shower with this room. You only have access to a toilet. (Some people smoke in there so it smells really bad)
