"Very nice hotel. Rooms spacious enough and equipped with a ventilator above the bed that provided enough cooling. Clean rooms and helpful, very friendly staff. The hotel is in the middle of the old center and I was not lucky to have my room on the street side."

GGuest UserThis hotel is a perfect experience! Stepping into the room, everything you see is spotlessly clean, and the owner's warm and friendly smile instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the bustling streets, where shopping and dining are within easy reach. There is a church opposite the hotel, and a 5-minute walk to a former Michelin restaurant, which is particularly delicious.

GGuest UserAlthough the location isn't in a busy area, transportation is quite convenient. It's within walking distance of Guggenheim, and there are many supermarkets of various sizes nearby. Just be aware of their opening hours; they're all closed on Sundays.

Review:
1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe.
2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor.
3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all.
4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable.
5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work.
6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my 1 night here and was very good for a hostel . Beds were comfy and private and bathrooms were lovely and clean . The staff were super helpful and accommodating and was such a social hub with things to do each night and makes it much easier for meeting people while travelling . The breakfast was a great deal too and luggage storage was super helpful .
As well as popping in and out of ther hub area even after I had left . Felt very looked after and will be coming back

SshippmanThe location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend.

WWEIThe hotel is located in the surrounding area of Bilbao City. Close to the World Heritage Biss Bridge, 5 minutes walk. Be sure to spend 0.45 euro to experience the unique bridge crossing of the Biss Bridge.
