Rethymno Hotels with Balcony

The kindness and professionalism of the staff were exceptional. Nikos at the front desk anticipated all our needs and even graciously upgraded us from a superior room to a magnificent suite. Dinner at the Avli restaurant is always a real pleasure, even though we couldn't dine outside due to the very rainy weather.

The room is fully equipped and is an apartment hotel. The front desk is off work at 4pm, so if you arrive after 4pm, you need to contact the hotel in advance to get the codes you enter. The location is a bit biased. Although it takes about15-20 minutes to walk to the city, it takes a big slope. In short, the price is acceptable, but if you like lively, it may not be suitable.

This is an excellent hotel located right in the old town of Rethymno. It was easy to explore the charming streets on foot, and the central bus station—perfect for day trips—was just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to share local tips and recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a classic continental selection, including fresh eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, and fruits. Everything was fresh and satisfying. While the swimming pool is on the smaller side, it was a lovely bonus and a great spot to cool off after a day of sightseeing. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Rethymno.

Great location, nice rooms (we were treated to a free upgrade). Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice served in the courtyard. No parking in immediate vicinity, but you can usually find a free spot close to the sea. Quality of tea served on the premises could be improved, same for toiletries.

Very nice hotel in old house. Calm but centrally located. At the back there is also a gateway where you could get in, also handy. Beautiful rooms and a beautiful swimming pool. Extended breakfast with enough choice.

Nice place to stay in the city center.. Very clean and nice design for the room and the entrance.. The owner was very friendly and helped a lot especially with keeping my luggage after check out. Highly recommend

The standard rooms are very cramped which I would not book again. We asked for a bigger room and we got it without any problems. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Even if you want to park in the street. Please note otherwise it is paid parking on a site further on. Old town is within walking distance 2 min. Walking to the beach is 8-10 min. Enough bars and eateries in the street. Location and staff are really a 10. Didn't go swimming because it was too cold but pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. Hotel is very nicely decorated it can be seen that it has just been renovated.
