The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was fully equipped. Stuffs were very friendly. Great location for driving in and out. Pavlos Beach was 200 meters away. You can take a bus to Rethymno old town rather than driving. For for shopping, Lidl was 5 mins. away on foot. Location was great, walking distance to beach, town, restaurants, bars and shops. Beautiful clean and spacious room with excellent hosts.

Séjour très agrable ! Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés, chambre au 4eme étage avec vue sur la mer, juste magnifique ! Coucher de soleil extra Petit déjeuné très bien, partie faite maison ! Accueil vraiment top, de bons conseils, service parfait ! Je ne peux que recommander ! Effectivement grosse montée quand on revient de rethymnon mais bon, ça vaut le coup !

The hotel is very new, with good facilities, and meets the five-star standard. The location is also very good, right by the sea, opposite the beach is nice, there are two swimming pools in the hotel, the children had a lot of fun playing in the water. The hotel I booked included two meals, the taste was great, very satisfied. The fee for one more child is 48 euros. It is reasonable according to its facilities, I hope to have the opportunity to go there again next time.

Breakfast was good, but sortiment of food wasn't explained, without captions, and cook at eggs was very unpleasant.

Everything was more than perfect. We got a small room upgrade, a nice gesture. The hotel is well located, the rooms (apartment) are large, very clean and very well equipped. On the 4th floor no problem with the road below. Same with the swimming pool which is great. Bar available during the day. Barbecue evening every Wednesday evening is very cool. ALL the staff are super nice and competent. The SPA is perfect, Mariana is super attentive and super professional. Great stay at Macaris 👍👍
