"Good location, not far from the train station and the pier. The room was clean and comfortable, one bedroom and one living room apartment. The reception staff was very enthusiastic and patient. Although it is written as a 4-diamond hotel, close to 2000 nights, it is actually an apartment, there is no front desk and no door. The hotel also wants to contact us in advance to inform us, but unlike airbin, you can contact us directly. After arriving, you need to call the boss to pick us up. Since there is no front desk, the luggage can be stored until 4 o'clock. Pay attention to the matters in advance. It's not a big problem."

My stay at The Vitrum was superb. The location is excellent, the room was large and wonderfully charming. The bathroom steam is amazing / we used it daily after long walks exploring and shopping in Como. I will definitely stay there next year when I visit the most beautiful Lake Como

Hotel is just charming! Authentic little suite with ancient oven, a compartment and dressed cabinet, furniture and truly from the last century. Despite this, everything is in very good condition. The bathrooms are very clean, cosmetic items taste delicious, snow towels, bed linen, everything is very decent. The first impression is a little deceptive, diving into the atmosphere of the last century, but then gradually falling in love with it, it is absolutely successfully located and has just a chic view on the lake. This small boutique hotel deserves special attention thanks to the careful staff. Good breakfasts and pleasant compliments in the lounge bar as a pleasant bonus for our stay.

The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel!
The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.

Guest UserJust facing Lake Como, the lake view room has a first-class view, just like the picture in the introduction, very beautiful. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs, small expensive but good environment, things are OK. The disadvantage is that the bath water is not good. The water is cold after a while, and it is very embarrassing. In addition, it is more difficult to find. In fact, it is upstairs in Como Cafe, but the name of the homestay is on the side of the door and you can't see it at all. In fact, navigation is just to find No. 12.
