Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy .
Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling .
Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good !
Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy .
Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food ."

RRickySantosPHThe location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣I love this hostel because it feels like staying at a hotel. It's convenient since you don’t need keys – just enter a digital code on the door. Very modern! The room is spacious, with enough space for prayer if needed, and it has an ensuite toilet. Even with 8 people, the room doesn’t feel cramped. Outside the room, there's an extra toilet in case the one inside is occupied.
If you're Muslim, there's a halal pizza and chicken restaurant right next door. I also appreciated the free coffee from the machine, available anytime. The staff treat guests with great care. There's a garden at the back where you can relax, and each bed has a charging port and space for your phone.
While it can get noisy at the entrance, which looks like a pub at night, the noise usually ends by 1 AM and doesn't bother the room much. Lastly, the WiFi is fast, adding to the overall convenience!

LLV TRAVELLERAlthough this hotel isn't located near the city center, the overall service and environment are excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was very rich. We only stayed for two nights, and each day we walked from the hotel along the lakeside to the city center and the pier, which took about 25 to 30 minutes. While the walk was a bit long, it was very peaceful and pleasant, with fresh air, and we felt safe. In the evening, we could take a taxi back to the hotel. (However, taxis are scarce in Lake Como, so getting one at night can be inconvenient. It's even harder to find a taxi if it's raining).

LLeezzziThe soundproofing and bed are better than 99% of the hotels I have stayed in. Small details such as the coffee machine kettle is not clean enough, the TV remote control battery is insufficient, and it is easy to splash water when washing your face (the washbasin is a little short), but these are not enough to cover up the advantages. Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel.
This hotel has both the warmth of a family hotel and the quality of a group hotel.

LLiuhuanhuanhuanThis is a new hotel after relocation. The previous address was next to it, so the navigation was still the previous location. It took 10 minutes to find it. It is inside the Maserati 4S store park. The hotel environment and facilities are very good. It has its own swimming pool and indoor and outdoor peddle courts. It feels like a vacation. The hotel service staff is very good, and the room hygiene is cleaned twice a day. Whether it is Lake Como or going to the center of Milan, it is recommended to stay here if you drive.

EELLE CHOIBefore visiting, I was curious why the satisfaction here was so high, but I think the reason is that the warm hearts of the staff are conveyed to the guests.
Thanks to you, the first visit to Como was a very enjoyable experience!

Room was clean and quiet, comfortable bed but pillows were too flat for me personally, parking is 5 mins away from hotel, breakfast was not a big selection but there was everything that we need. There is not gym that's why i 3 stars for the facilities. I recommend this hotel.

You can stay in a private room with breakfast included for a very reasonable price, so it is recommended not only for those staying in Como but also for those traveling to Switzerland. You can enter Switzerland by taking the train one stop from Como Station.

GGuest UserOn the edge of Lake Como, it is convenient to play. There is no front desk, and you need to call to check in, which is a bit troublesome. The room is decorated in retro but fully equipped. There is no cleaning in the middle.
