"The service counter was very friendly. The overall environment is very clean and comfortable, and the space is large and sufficient. I like simple and clean style, and I like the cool breeze which is very comfortable. And the sunshine in the early morning. Hear the bustling sound of the road. The password door is a bit dangerous. It would be scary if someone broke in while you were sleeping. The only scary part."

The location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

I had a wonderful stay at Como Hills Hotel! The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — always smiling and ready to assist with anything. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh local products. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming — perfect for a quiet getaway or a romantic trip. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend Como Hills Hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como! 🌿✨

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast, excellent location. It’s just right next to the duomo and 5 minutes walk to the lakefront. There are 3 of us. So I booked a duplex room which has two floors. There’s a king bed on the upper floor and a sofa bed on the lower floor. But there’s only one toilet on the upper floor. So it’s quite inconvenient. It would be wonderful if there’s one more toilet and wash basin.

Nice and considerate staff, kudos to the lady at the front desk who is named Nives. The service is always available, the location is conveniently located. Despite the fact that i had some misgivings regarding the smell of the room (it is okay, but heavily scented somewhat with cleaning products; a pleasant smell of course i can live with but prefer to not have smelled at all), the view here is amazing. Would recommend again for someone who is trying to stay at lake como, a value choice.

The young lady with glasses who checked us in was super. Room was clean and quiet, comfortable bed but pillows were too flat for me personally, parking is 5 mins away from hotel, breakfast was not a big selection but there was everything that we need. There is not gym that's why i 3 stars for the facilities. I recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, nice view. I highly recommend it. Jona was really kind, excellent in communication and responded quickly to any questions we had.

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The bed was great and comfortable. We had the room in the attic. I would say it’s slightly less than what I would have expected for the price given that we didn’t have any windows looking out. The location was fantastic. Super close to the lake and really nice restaurants. Furthermore, the train station was also a 5 minute walk away should you need it. Would’ve been nice if the breakfast was included and/or reasonably priced.

a hotel near to both train stations & lake como; also close to a supermarket that open 24hrs/ day good restaurants nearby should be another one hotel that should consider when plan to return to lake como next time 😊😊😊
