The location of this hostel is excellent. It is within easy walking distance of the train station, making it very convenient to reach. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. I stayed in the female dormitory and had a comfortable experience. The hostel offers a variety of fun activities for guests, which is a great way to meet new people. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights is the spacious shared kitchen, which is fully equipped and even provides a selection of complimentary food items for guests. Because of my work schedule, I didn't get to spend much time at the hostel. However, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip and would happily recommend it to my friends.

Before visiting, I was curious why the satisfaction here was so high, but I think the reason is that the warm hearts of the staff are conveyed to the guests. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The room was a highlight — spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. All the basic amenities were well provided, making the stay easy and relaxing. One of the best parts is the rooftop swimming pool — stunning views, great atmosphere, and perfect for photos, especially around sunset 🌅 👉 One downside to note: The location is a bit far from Como city center. * There is a bus stop near the hotel, but buses can be unreliable and not always on time * Walking to the center is about 1–2 km, doable but not ideal (especially with kids or elderly travelers) 💡 Overall: Perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, design-focused hotel. Best if you’re planning to use taxis or have a car, rather than relying on public transportation.

I had a wonderful stay at Como Hills Hotel! The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — always smiling and ready to assist with anything. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh local products. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming — perfect for a quiet getaway or a romantic trip. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend Como Hills Hotel to anyone visiting Lake Como! 🌿✨

The soundproofing and bed are better than 99% of the hotels I have stayed in. Small details such as the coffee machine kettle is not clean enough, the TV remote control battery is insufficient, and it is easy to splash water when washing your face (the washbasin is a little short), but these are not enough to cover up the advantages. Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel. This hotel has both the warmth of a family hotel and the quality of a group hotel.

Very recently updated hotel with excellent amenities where swimming pool (spa) and sauna is included. Gym equipment is very new too. The most impressive part is the breakfast that was included in our stay. Everything is made to order and you can order as much as you want. There are lots of varieties on the menu. Most we tried were tasty especially for the mini pastries

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The bed was great and comfortable. We had the room in the attic. I would say it’s slightly less than what I would have expected for the price given that we didn’t have any windows looking out. The location was fantastic. Super close to the lake and really nice restaurants. Furthermore, the train station was also a 5 minute walk away should you need it. Would’ve been nice if the breakfast was included and/or reasonably priced.

The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was excellent. Breakfast was good. Additionally, it was possible to have coffee or tea in between. I'm very much satisfied and can recommend this hotel! The only thing to be inproved is internet connection, which worked just occasionally but practically either didn't work or was very very slow - if you have no local sim card, it may be a crucial point for you.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the transportation is very convenient, the room facilities are also very new, the overall feeling is very good. The breakfast is very rich, which is very prominent in many hotels. The impression is very good.
