RRickySantosPHThe location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

GGuest UserGreat stay at this hotel. The rooms were well sized, clean and well equipped. We had direct garden access and a great view. What really set apart this hotel and made the stay very enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and was always there to help when we needed them. 10/10 service! Make sure to try the breakfast with the amazing views too!

GGuest UserThe room is very beautiful, beautiful bathroom with shower in Italian and bathrooms. Near comfort and near the lake and boarding place of the ferry. However, the view of the lake from the rooms is anecdotic. But the rest is getting it.

There is an Italian restaurant downstairs, small expensive but good environment, things are OK. The disadvantage is that the bath water is not good. The water is cold after a while, and it is very embarrassing. In addition, it is more difficult to find. In fact, it is upstairs in Como Cafe, but the name of the homestay is on the side of the door and you can't see it at all. In fact, navigation is just to find No. 12.

Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies!
There is a restaurant under the hostel and very close to the lake!
