Amman Hotels with Balcony

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to Jordan. We stayed in a family room for two nights, and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding — both in terms of variety and quality. Everything was fresh and delicious. What we especially appreciated was that they still offered a full open buffet even though the hotel had relatively few guests at the time. Another major advantage of the hotel is its location. The area is very pleasant and we felt completely safe walking around with our two children. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. If we visit Jordan again, this would be our first choice without hesitation.

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

During my business trip to Amman, I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Residences and had an excellent overall experience, deserving a five-star rating. Prime Location: The hotel is situated in Amman's central Sheikh Zayed area, surrounded by a vibrant commercial atmosphere, making it incredibly convenient to reach business districts or historical attractions. Warm and Attentive Service: The front desk staff were professional and efficient, quickly handling my check-in and clearly explaining the hotel's facilities. Room service was also very prompt. Comprehensive and Thoughtful Amenities: I stayed in an apartment-style room, which was incredibly spacious. It featured a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate living area, making it extremely convenient for long-term stays or families. Good Dining Experience: The breakfast offered a rich variety, balancing both international and local flavors. The lobby lounge was a comfortable spot for meeting clients or enjoying a drink. Overall, this DoubleTree hotel perfectly blends the convenience of a business hotel with the comfort and freedom of apartment-style accommodation, making it a reliable and welcoming choice for business or leisure travel to Amman.

When I arrived, I was not able to enjoy my stay, as there was some sort of issue, so I was sent to a sister hotel called the Arabesque Hotel. I was thankful that the hotel paid for the taxi. The manager at the Arabesque, Jack, was great! He gave my friend and I good tips on where to go. My friend and I also went on a free 2 hour walking tour that was advertised in the elevator at the Arabesque. The guide was super knowledgeable about the city and very nice. So while my stay at Zaman did not turn out the way I expected, I did have an overall positive experience for my first 2 days in Amman.

Nice and clean rooms but poor breakfast with very limited options, especially in bread.

The staff was always ready with excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. In summary, the Almond Hotel and Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Amman.

I truly felt that I made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The hotel rates were reasonable and the staff were extremely friendly. They also offer cleaning services, so even long-term stays are no problem.
