They responded quickly to everything we asked for. The restaurant was clean and tidy and had a variety of options. The most important thing was the reception staff and their high-end treatment. The hotel's price is very reasonable compared to its services and level of cleanliness. It also has heating and blankets. The room is cleaned whenever we asked. I had booked for 5 days and extended for another 4 nights due to the level of comfort and safety in the hotel. ♥️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹"

The rooms are elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, with outstanding cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities — especially the spa and pool — created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

It was a wonderful hotel. The area is safe, and there are supermarkets and easy places to eat nearby, making it very convenient. The best thing about it was that there was free laundry (you could even use liquid detergent for free). The views from the pool and rooftop were amazing, and the night view was also beautiful. The gym was easy to use. The staff were all very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserDuring my business trip to Amman, I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Residences and had an excellent overall experience, deserving a five-star rating.
Prime Location: The hotel is situated in Amman's central Sheikh Zayed area, surrounded by a vibrant commercial atmosphere, making it incredibly convenient to reach business districts or historical attractions.
Warm and Attentive Service: The front desk staff were professional and efficient, quickly handling my check-in and clearly explaining the hotel's facilities. Room service was also very prompt.
Comprehensive and Thoughtful Amenities: I stayed in an apartment-style room, which was incredibly spacious. It featured a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate living area, making it extremely convenient for long-term stays or families.
Good Dining Experience: The breakfast offered a rich variety, balancing both international and local flavors. The lobby lounge was a comfortable spot for meeting clients or enjoying a drink.
Overall, this DoubleTree hotel perfectly blends the convenience of a business hotel with the comfort and freedom of apartment-style accommodation, making it a reliable and welcoming choice for business or leisure travel to Amman.

MartinelleWhen I arrived, I was not able to enjoy my stay, as there was some sort of issue, so I was sent to a sister hotel called the Arabesque Hotel. I was thankful that the hotel paid for the taxi. The manager at the Arabesque, Jack, was great! He gave my friend and I good tips on where to go. My friend and I also went on a free 2 hour walking tour that was advertised in the elevator at the Arabesque. The guide was super knowledgeable about the city and very nice. So while my stay at Zaman did not turn out the way I expected, I did have an overall positive experience for my first 2 days in Amman.

Ur00piumThis hotel was a very good option for a budget stay , Muhannad Alshaer was a great person and helped me check in and provided everything he could , the location of the hotel is in a decent area with the mall 15 minutes away and you can uber for 1.5£ to the bus station that takes you to Petra and Dead Sea , the hotel was clean and big for solo or couples , would stay again
