Amman Hotels with Balcony

It was a wonderful hotel. The area is safe, and there are supermarkets and easy places to eat nearby, making it very convenient. The best thing about it was that there was free laundry (you could even use liquid detergent for free). The views from the pool and rooftop were amazing, and the night view was also beautiful. The gym was easy to use. The staff were all very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

Warm and Attentive Service: The front desk staff were professional and efficient, quickly handling my check-in and clearly explaining the hotel's facilities. Room service was also very prompt. Comprehensive and Thoughtful Amenities: I stayed in an apartment-style room, which was incredibly spacious. It featured a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate living area, making it extremely convenient for long-term stays or families. Good Dining Experience: The breakfast offered a rich variety, balancing both international and local flavors. The lobby lounge was a comfortable spot for meeting clients or enjoying a drink. Overall, this DoubleTree hotel perfectly blends the convenience of a business hotel with the comfort and freedom of apartment-style accommodation, making it a reliable and welcoming choice for business or leisure travel to Amman.

When I arrived, I was not able to enjoy my stay, as there was some sort of issue, so I was sent to a sister hotel called the Arabesque Hotel. I was thankful that the hotel paid for the taxi. The manager at the Arabesque, Jack, was great! He gave my friend and I good tips on where to go. My friend and I also went on a free 2 hour walking tour that was advertised in the elevator at the Arabesque. The guide was super knowledgeable about the city and very nice. So while my stay at Zaman did not turn out the way I expected, I did have an overall positive experience for my first 2 days in Amman.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

Сначала меня поселили в номер, где не было постельного белья на кровати. Пртом меня переселили в другой номер. А времени было 2 часа ночи, и в целом я выбрала этот отель потому что он не очень далеко от аэропорта, чтобы отдохнуть после длинного перелёта. В итоге отдохнуть не получилось. Окно номера выходит на магистраль, где всю ночь ездят машины и фуры в том числе. Шум такой как будто они едут прямо у тебя по кровати. У меня были с собой беруши, но они не помогли.
