I stayed in three hotels in Bali, and this is the one with the worst service in my opinion, but the most expensive one When I booked the room, it was said that there would be a pick-up service. I couldn’t find a way to contact the hotel. I tried various methods of customer service, such as calling, emailing, whatsapp, etc. when they arrived at the local area. In the end, they replied to the email very late and asked us to contact us via WhatsApp. A five-star hotel should take the initiative to WhatsApp guests and provide a phone number when booking a room. When we left, we booked a pick-up service at 9:45. We wanted to check out at 9:00 and have breakfast before leaving, but the staff asked us to get in the car when we checked out. Finally, we hurriedly finished our breakfast and left. The view of the hotel is beautiful, but the service is really bad, and I will not stay again

Stayed at the hotel for two days and was too comfortable. The service was especially good. When we arrived, let us go to the air-conditioned room and wait for them to come and check in. Baggage is not taken by yourself, they will be sent directly to the room. The hotel is also very tasty, breakfast is not self-service, a single point, no charge. It is very convenient to rent a motorcycle near the hotel. There are many Europeans and Americans, and the waiters are basically English. Husband said that next time, still live!

I stayed here many times over the course of a few months. They offer both dorm rooms and individual rooms with a balcony. Like most places on Nusa Lembongan, the shower and faucet water is a little bit salty... breakfast is included and is one of my favorite perks! Marie, Made and wayan are there managing the place and are nice, just make sure you negotiate the price ahead of time so there are no surprises.

The hotel is very close to the pier. We have a chartered car and it will be three minutes away. I appreciate the hotel's water treatment system. It is fresh water. The Bali Lembongan Hotel is basically salt water. Hotel facilities are also good, especially for swing kids. We went swimming on the beach and caught the hippocampus and sea urchins! ! ! The name of the restaurant opposite the hotel has been forgotten, the environment is super romantic and not expensive.
