One of the best hotels in Bali. I stayed in 7 hotels during this trip, including Grand Hyatt and Kempinski. Elevate Bali has the best service! Very professional staff. I want to come back to this hotel. The hotel is in the mountains. Gorgeous view. The hotel is for those who want to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful villas are designed in such a way that neighbors do not see each other. Delicious food in the restaurant. We asked to move (connect) the beds on the 2nd floor, and despite the fact that the beds were fixed in their places, the staff met us halfway, and they dismantled and moved (connected). We had problems with ordering a taxi through the Gojek app, but the hotel staff kindly helped to find a taxi. Thanks to the hotel staff for our wonderful holiday.

What a place!!! The room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed, so spacious, big comfy bed, massive bathroom with a powerful shower and a bath, real luxury… so many lovely touches, candies, matches, incense and flower near the bath for a spot of romance. A wide range of different coffees and teas to sample in the room. The even brought us a bedtime story on a scroll and some chocolates before bed. The site is beautiful. Yoga in the morning and plenty of activities to fill your day, on site and off. They did our laundry for free. Dinner was great, and breakfast was yum. The infinity pool is just magical. I would highly recommend. Being British the Afternoon Tea was not Afternoon Tea, but it was nice to have some free hot drinks on arrival on what was a rather cold, misty afternoon. I loved this place. And highly, highly recommend.

Super beautiful hotel. You can feel the breath of rainforest as soon as you enter the lobby. The feeling of vacation comes to you, sweeping away the fatigue along the way. The hotel is at the top of the mountain. The road up the mountain is quite steep. The hotel staff has great driving skills. It's like driving a go-kart. It takes off. This is a project. The hotel room is clean, there are no bugs, it's very comfortable, the hotel restaurant is also delicious, it's a very good experience, I strongly recommend staying for a while.

We chose the hotel based on its appearance, we drove past and liked it. Beautiful grounds, clean rooms with new renovations. The pool area feels a bit abandoned. The room we were checked into smelled very strongly of mustiness and mold, we went to the reception, the issue was quickly resolved, we were moved to another room, also not without a smell but not so annoying. Breakfast is 3, but you can eat.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach. It also offers spa and massage service (available for an additional fee). The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a cool and relaxing environment. It is perfect for unwinding. The 24hour front desk service was very helpful. Since we arrived at the hotel in the evening, the staff kindly assisted with unloading our luggage from the car.it is a wonderful hotel. Additionally, we forgot to bring a travel adapter, but fortunately, the hotel front deck provided us the travel adapterm

A very decent hotel, the territory is beautiful, there was live music in the evening, they treated us to snacks with coffee in the evening, and for breakfast there was a good variety of dishes with fresh fruit! I definitely recommend it!

The hotel upgraded the suite for free. The front desk helped to arrange a boat to chase dolphins. It cost about 90 RMB per person. The boat was right on the beach of the hotel. It was very convenient. You can order food and watch the sunset on the beach at night. I had a local massage in the spa. I don't recommend it. It was too gentle. It felt like nothing. It cost more than 200 RMB.

Traveling with a 4-year-old baby in Bali, the only scenic spot arranged for this trip was chasing dolphins in Rottweiler. I didn't want to get up early in the morning to join a one-day tour from the city, so I chose to stay in Rottweiler for one night. It took 4 and a half hours to get to the hotel after leaving the airport at 12 noon. The hotel is deep at the end of a small road, and there is a small supermarket at the intersection. The lights on the road are dim at night, and the dogs are all roaming outside. The hotel has welcome drinks. Because the lobby is at the highest point, there are waiters to help you carry your luggage. It is estimated that the time of arrival is relatively late. Although the room type facing the lake is booked, the second row is still a bit blocked. After putting down the luggage, I went to the beach of the hotel to find a chartered boat. There is a dock on the right hand side of the beach, and many boats are parked there. Find the captain (let him point to his boat) and negotiate the price (don't believe any fleet agent, and there is no need to add a captain in advance on a certain book). The price of 400k for a 2-hour chartered boat is bargained. We don't want to float, which is actually included in this price. Pay a deposit of 100K, leave contact information, identify the boat, and get on the boat here at 6:30 the next day). The hotel is very quiet and the scenery is very beautiful. The breakfast buffet is quite standard and still a little different from a five-star hotel. The key is that the environment and the price are really good.
