The facilities and environment are great, the hygiene is so-so, and the service is particularly bad. Especially Ryan, the reception manager, is full of lies and is particularly unreliable. And he called this manager repeatedly and directly refused to answer customer calls many times. 2. Late reception: After we arrived at the parking lot outside the villa village, the reception was completely different from the on-time reception we had agreed on. We were nearly 20 minutes late. The two of us carried a lot of luggage and waited in the sun for 20 minutes for the late Ryan manager to pick us up on his electric bike. The response we got was: urgent, accident (a common trick in Southeast Asia) 3. Obsessed with cheating: He said he would help us make an appointment for a SPA. We chose the most expensive door-to-door SPA at NT$600,000 per person. Then he thought we were stupid and had a lot of money, so he told us that we had to pay an extra NT$100,000 per person, which meant that the two of us had to pay an extra NT$200,000. My first reaction was that Ryan was trying to cheat us, so I argued with him, and he finally said that he would help us waive the NT$200,000. 4. Irresponsible: (1) I like staying in villas very much. Every time I stay in a villa, I will meet a patient and responsible guide to introduce the villa and understand the local characteristics and room environment. But this Ryan did not provide any guidance or introduction. (2) The laundry service was even more shocking: I told Ryan the day before that we needed laundry service, and he said it would cost money. We said no problem and we were happy to pay. We told him that the clothes in the dirty laundry basket needed to be washed at least three times, and Ryan agreed and said it was no problem.
