stayed at Aksari Resort with my partner and we had such a wonderful time, even though it was just for one night. The spacious pool, the friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast made our stay perfect. If we had more time, we definitely would have loved to extend our stay.
One unforgettable moment was when I accidentally burned myself late at night. Wulan and her team went above and beyond to help me searching for nearby hospitals and arranging a taxi. Their kindness and support made a huge difference, and I am truly grateful.
The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what made the experience truly special was the amazing staff.
The only minor thing was that there was a slight smell in the bathroom of our room. I believe this is something that can be easily improved.
Overall, I highly recommend Aksari Resort and would love to return for a longer stay next time.

I have been staying for two days since August 20th. It was quiet, clean, and had a nice atmosphere. All the staff were also kind. In particular, it was nice that AYU greeted me brightly. I will visit you again next time. Thank you.

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable.
The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking — truly unforgettable🫶
We were especially impressed by how clean and elegant the entire hotel felt.
The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was always warm and attentive.

We visited Aksari Resort for a family vacation, and our experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. In particular, Ayu Diah at the reception went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was impressive how all the staff greeted us with warm smiles every time we met and even remembered our names — a true reflection of genuine hospitality.
The complimentary yoga classes were excellent, the pool was spotless, and the floating breakfast was simply fantastic. The afternoon tea was among the best we’ve ever had, and the room’s condition was perfect. The bathtub view was breathtaking, adding to the overall sense of relaxation.
What stood out most was the staff’s meticulous attention to detail, ensuring we faced no inconvenience during our stay. Thanks to their care, we were able to enjoy a truly memorable vacation. I’m already considering returning to Ubud just to stay at Aksari Resort again — I highly recommend it!

I stayed at Aksari Resort from April 30 to May 2 with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. We had such a memorable experience that I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation.
From the moment we arrived, Ms. Ayu Diah assisted us with great professionalism and warmth. She kindly guided us through everything during our stay—from check-in to check-out. Although the resort was fully booked and we weren’t able to receive an upgrade, she was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our requests, including spa and restaurant reservations. Her service made a big difference in our overall experience.
The resort itself is stunning, the breakfast was excellent, and we were also impressed by Ms. Lovi at the restaurant, whose friendly attitude and warm smile added to our positive memories.
If we have the chance to visit Bali again, we will definitely choose Aksari Resort without hesitation. Thank you for making our special occasion even more special, especially thanks to both, Ms. Ayu Diah and Ms. Lovi!
