Overall, it was quite okay. However, the taste of the breakfast and other food was a bit ordinary. Additionally, the hair dryer was too small and conditioner was not provided.

The villa was spacious and the service was prompt. We only had the breakfast it was limited but standard taste. For a villa this price we expected more . Cleanliness inside the villa was alright but the outside can be better. The teacups were left out so we had to rinse them before using ...but there was no soap or even towel to dry them. There were no paper towel or tissues outside the bathroom. The main reason we probably won't go back is the inflexibility of late checkout despite low occupancy. We checked in at 5pm and asked for a 3pm checkout after checking if it was full or not because our flight was at 8pm. They asked us to check the next day and gave us till 1 pm. This meant that they lost potential room service orders also as we then headed out to eat. Overall experience wasn't bad ...but for this price range we can and have gotten better villas elsewhere.

My partner and I were looking for accommodation near our tattoo shop. That's why we booked the last 2 days of our stay at Aria Exclusive in Seminyak because the positive reviews had convinced us. The hotel was very nice and the villa was spacious with a beautiful pool. Nothing to complain about, really. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, except for the lady at the reception. We were a bit surprised, as we had otherwise only had positive experiences with the locals here. The employee caught my attention when we checked in because of her rather cold, monotonous manner. She seemed a bit unmotivated and repeated things twice. Apparently she didn't know what she had already told me. Since we are all human, I didn't dwell on it. The first night in this 5-star hotel turned into a horror night despite the luxurious ambience. When we wanted to go to bed, I discovered several dead insects on the dirty sheets. When I then saw tiny bugs jumping around, were they bed bugs or fleas, I didn't want to sleep in it anymore. We immediately reported this to the staff, who immediately changed the sheets. The jumping beetles were back after a short time. I didn't want to risk taking the beetles back to Europe, so we spent the night outside by the pool. The next day we were allowed to move into another villa. We were very understanding and didn't make a drama out of it. The bed in the other villa was free of bugs, but unfortunately the freshly inked tattoo stained the bed sheet. We were then charged an additional INR 902,000 when we checked out. I asked for a goodwill gesture to compensate for the inconvenience we had on the first night. But the employee remained stubborn and insisted on the money. She made the decision without consulting the management. We would have been given another room. She didn't even want to mention the reduced quality of the first villa. No price reduction was offered for the inconvenience. We wanted to leave it at that, but when she insisted on paying for the sheets, we felt it was a bit unfair. I tried to justify that we wouldn't mention the bugs in the bed in a review. But she didn't care. In fact, she encouraged us to do so. Despite the beautiful ambience and all the other friendly staff, one person managed to leave us with negative memories of the experience at Aria Exclusive. I recommend everyone checking into Aria Exclusive to check the bedsheets. They are tiny bugs. See video and photos.

This villa was absolutely perfect and ever single member of staff was an absolute pleasure. The location was incredibly central in Seminyak but in such a quiet location away from any main streets and noise. Breakfast each day was lovely but the food and drink for dinner was very simple. Better off going to explore greater Seminyak for dinner options. Our time here was very relaxing and worth the price we paid. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Private Villas in great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff who are very welcoming. Villas has its own private pool and lounge area. Outdoor shower. Fully air conditioned in rooms. They come with mosquito coils to keep the villas free of mosquito. Full kitchen area. Room service available. Back gate shortcut to shops. Front and turn left and walk between building gets you through a gate to the beach about a 10 min walk. Note gate closes at 11pm. Only downside is breakfast is limited and they don’t have a buffet, think it’s due to the small amount of Villas ( 19 ). Overall would stay here again
