I enjoyed my stay at this resort very much! The resort is absolutely lovely. Nice restaurants, spas, beach and bars around the area. Staff responded quickly to requests and were welcoming. The area is quiet but busy enough for a bit of excitement. I definitely felt like it was more an area for couples and families.
I did have a misunderstanding (verdict still out) with one of the staff, but the management made every effort to make up for it. I appreciated the effort, however as a solo traveler, some mishaps shouldn’t happen.
Some one in a previous comment mentioned that they saw certain guests getting more attentiveness from staff, and I definitely experienced this from some. But it wasn’t over the top, they were still very nice, never disrespectful or anything.
I was most disappointed in the breakfast. They served the same things everyday 😣, nothing change. But the banana & pineapple pancakes were DELICIOUS 🤤! I wanted more authentic Indonesian foods.
Also There are no elevators to rooms on top floors so specify your preference when booking if stairs would be a problem.
Would I stay again? Yes.

We had a fabulous 3 nights in the Santrian good breakfast , fabulous service , we were lucky enough to upgraded the the club room . Lots of pools and on the beach .

Comfortable spacious room, slightly dated but no concern for this. TV I felt is too small to watch from bed. Pool is large but very much chlorinated so expect to smell for about 2 showers worth. Breakfast buffet was extensive but did not eat there. On the beach front a big plus.
