There were too many mosquitoes, so I couldn't sleep, and the sound of birds was so loud and close that I was scared at times. And the air conditioner wasn't cool so it was a bit hot.
The private pool was quite wide and deep, but it was a little disappointing that the flowers and grass were not maintained.
A pool villa with a very private feeling!!
The staff's service room atmosphere was so good!!!!

Wow, what an amazing spot! Tucked away from the main street, with a peaceful long driveway, The Pavilions offers a serene retreat, completely free from the noise and hustle of the outside world. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had entered a little slice of paradise. We were warmly welcomed to our villa, where a stunning timber sign with our name greeted us – such a thoughtful touch! The villa itself was perfect for my husband and me. We had our own private pool, which was absolutely delightful. For the entire week, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast of our choice from the menu, and we even had dinner delivered to our room a couple of times. On our first night we dined at the resort’s restaurant, which was also excellent. The location of the resort is fantastic – only a four-minute walk to the Icon Shopping Centre, right by the beach. Being on the main road also means there’s no shortage of dining options if you don’t feel like staying in. We treated ourselves to two couples' massages and a reflexology session at the beauty spa, and I must say, the ladies were incredible! All of the staff were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. As it was my birthday, I came back to a lovely present on my bed, which was such a kind surprise. This was our first time in Sanur, and it certainly won’t be our last. The Pavilions has earned our trust, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality. Ten out of ten!

My husband and I have recently returned from a wonderful 5 day stay at The Pavilions in Bali which was the end of our Far East adventure and it was a pleasure to spend it at this beautiful hotel. The staff and accommodation were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was most welcoming. A delicious and plentiful breakfast was delivered to our villa each morning and all meals at both the pool bar and beautiful restaurant were fantastic. We enjoyed a Balinese massage at the spa and took a private day trip of the island organised by the hotel with their lovely driver Budi. The hotel is in a great location in Sanur, away from the crowds but within short distance of the beach and Icon Mall for superb shopping. Would recommend to anybody wanting secluded luxury.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, ensuring a wonderful, stressfree stay. My individual villa was immaculately cleaned and a turn-down service was offered each day. Breakfast was brought to the villa each morning at my chosen time and a packed breakfast was provided for early morning trips. The dining area and in-house spa set in tranquil surroundings. The quality of the food was exemplary. Special mention to Tari for being such a brilliant masseuse. Overall, this is an oasis off the busy main road through Sanur. Once you arrive at the end of the bamboo edged drive, you can't hear anything other than the birds. There is not a thing I would criticise.

A fantastic resort type of stay with wonderful villa’s. We stayed in a Pool villa that had a perfect private pool in a very secluded part of the premises. Walking to the lobby from the street is the best experience! From the hassle in the busy street in a few seconds in a tranquil environment. The Spa is top with very good staff. The food in their restaurant is top. The breakfast in the morning in the villa is also very good.
